Attaching photos to email from Skydrive. Receipents not receiving photos with e mails.

I have been sending e mails with photo attachments via skydrive. Receipents were not able to view/open photos. I then sent myself an email with photos attached. I was able to open e mail and view photos. Opened email again 1 hour later and all photos were gone and not able to open. How do you attach photos so that they are permanent and do not disappear?

I tried to deactivate an old hotmail account but my current account has somehow been deactivated instead.  I need to recover all my emails and contacts urgently, how do I do this please?

July 1, 2013...unable to send forwards, replies or new message via my Hotmail account.  Everything else seems to be working okay.  Why this recent problem?

Can hotmail confirm the recipient has received an email or that the email was sent?

My local authority have claimed not to receive an email, even though I have sent it and double checked the address. I wouldn't mind usually, however in this case it may cost me over £300 as it is regarding an unpaid parking ticket. I was told to contact my email provider for an explanation but I feel this is down to their incompetence which I would like to prove.

Just checked my hotmail and all of my messages are deleted. Recovery link did not help. Any way of finding out why and if they can be recovered?  Thanks for help.

I need to retrieve a hard deleted email from May to try and claim some money back for an online order I made for which the company has now gone bust
