I am able to edit my groups in People, but ever since the Outlook switch from Hotmail it appears that when I remove people from a group list they still get emailed.  (I know this thanks to some angry emails I've received from people who were asked to be removed--which I did--and it doesn't work.)  I also am wondering if the folks I ADD are even recieving the emails.
The group list is saved as I edit it, so when I check the list it looks like I want it to, but the email is not actually going to who the list says it is.
This is starting to interfere with my business.  Help!

I changed my microsoft email or “alias” yesterday, but now I can’t re-download my xbox live proflile. Is this normal?

When I try to re-download it says incorrect password. I double check and the password is correct. I can sign in with this information on my Xbox live app on my phone and in the computer, but the Xbox itself.

I downloaded the program fTalk and it worked for several days and then I could not open
it again. I undownloaded it and re downloaded, but still not open again. When I click to sign
in, this remark appeared ( could not connect to the server due to an error ). My internet 
connection is 100% , I tried many times to sign it and all the result were failed. Can you
kindly solve this problem, please.

Hello, I am trying to access my account and all of a sudden it now says This account can't be used to access Outlook.com You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please click here to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com (for example, your hotmail.com, live.com, or msn.com account).  I have tried absolutely everything, even resetting my password. Why can't I get into my account?  Please help me. I have tried everything suggested with no luck. People rely on access to their email account. please help this is super frustrating.

Jeg kan godt logge ind på min hotmail-konto og kan se, hvem der har sendt mails til indbakken, men jeg kan ikke åbne disse mails og heller ikke skifte til junkmails.

I am selling a item on craiglist. I received an email requesting information about it. I made the mistake of replaying. Since then, I have been receiving emails about people asking me to meet or call them, but first I need to sign up into a page or something. There are sending pictures with **** women. I just want this to stop. I emailed craiglist, they said to report the email accounts to the sender provider, which I did, and I was sent to this link. I hope you can help. Thank you.
