I just got an email that asks for all my login information or it says my account will be deleted! The email says it is hotmail customer service.
What is this all about?
An old "Pocket MSN" subscription is preventing me from closing a hotmail account. There does not appear to be any way to cancel the subscription on line, nor anywhere for Pocket MSN support any more :) what do I have to do to get it cancelled?

So this is pretty simple. In birthdays calendar I don't want to see facebook name or skype login, basically because it's meaningless (especially skype login). I want to see name of contact, that I created in people hub and linked to facebook/skype account.
It seems to be more logical.
Hello guys, I am currently playing a web game by using Hotmail as my log in method.
And i have been purchasing some game credits over the time.
Later on wards, i discovered that people who using Facebook to play the same game with the same server can get cheaper game credits (It is seriously a lot cheaper).
So i went to that web game customer service and request them to migrate my data.
However, these people told me to get a permission from Hotmail before i can do that!
Can anyone tell me to whom shall i talk to or what can i do?
One of my hotmail/outlook accounts has been hacked (not the one I used to sign in to post this) .
When I sign in I get the message "It looks like someone else might be using your account".
Now looking through all the similar threads I have already done the following.
1) I have used my security question to change the password several times now.
2) I filled out the the account verification form a few times but it has been rejected. I ran out of attempts so I am waiting to try again after the 24 hrs have passed.
A question re filling out this form. Do the passwords that I have used the security question to reset to count towards the previous passwords used on the account? I don't want to be rejected because I am including these.
Secondly, although the form asks for the subject of recent messages and recipients I want to make it clear that I have not used the account to send any messages in a long time now. So I best not be rejected for leaving these boxes blank.
Above all what I want to know is that is whether this "someone else" still able to use MY account while I am having to go through all of this. If yes then I them to be IMMEDIATELY BLOCKED from the account like I am and have to go through the same process. If the hacker is still logged into my account I must say this is quite ridiculous.
I would appreciate a response as quick as possible. Thank you.

I have been unable to receive emails on my
*** Email address is removed for privacy *** account. I am paying for Windows live Hotmail Plus account. I am using this for business purposes and have been unable to conduct my business for 3 days.
