Apparent billing subscriptions are keeping me from closing my Hotmail account. I have no subscriptions or transactions on my account, so I have no way of canceling the billing services and closing my account.

Now the actual page which lists emails in my inbox has reduced in size to almost nothing. I can see only 3 emails listed in my inbox. How can I fix this.

Email storage growing and maxing out space indiscriminately. Just signed up for Hotmail Plus July 9: storage doubled. How to stop. Technical support not available. Will have to cancel Hotmail Plus and email account soon.
