I want to know how to never have any of my emails auto delete EVER,except for junk mail...will someone tell me how to do that?
It says the following:

The user name or password for "SMTP:***********@*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" is incorrect.

I would like the creation date of my microsoft account. Because I created it sometime in the nineties, it's good party conversation ;-).

it suggested something about doing account verficiation. I tried to follow the steps, but the account password reset options have changed a little, it now looks like:
Reset your password
Select an option for resetting your password.
I
can't use any of these options.
You can still get back into this account by filling out a questionnaire. We'll get back to you within 24 hours (typically a lot sooner).
What is the new process for finding out my account creation date?

Recently a friends email acct was hacked, and the intruder obtained all email addresses on his Contacts list - including mine. I now receive daily several 'failure to deliver' emails from servers across the globe, as it appears a spammer in Russia is using my Hotmail acct as the 'Reply-To Address' in all of the spam emails he sends out. I do not know how to stop this, as I can hardly notify every servers Admin of the situation.
Any help greatly appreciated.

For the last week I haven't been able to log into my outlook.com email. I've had to reset my password multiple times a day for some reason. Even if I don't login my password isn't recognized.

My account was hacked about 3 days ago. I have tried endlessly to recover my account only to be told that I have not provided enough information to verify that I am the account holder. I have used this Hotmail account for over 7 years and it holds a tremendous
amount of personal information for my family. The latest email for Microsoft said that I should post a question here. Hopefully a moderator will take the time to investigate my issue. I do not feel that the recovery questions asked have been relative at all.
I cannot remember the exact "subject" of the most recent emails I received and the hackers have changed my anniversary date as well as all of my other passwords. Am I to repeatedly submit a recovery form to only be told that I have not provided enough info?

I have created outlook account for my minor child. For the last two weeks I am trying to authorize the account by making $0.50 payment using credit card. At the end I am getting following error:

Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.

I tried using different credits cards and different browser but getting the same error.
I checked the forum and it appears this issue is being going on for a while but I couldn't see any response that told me how I can resolve this issue.
