I get this message.

My account for some reason was cancelled due to unknown reasons and I am in need of the account.

Help would be great because for some reason I can't seem to access the ticket. and I was never provided a serial number to my email.

Hello!

I have this problem still june.
After creating new microsoft account my birthdate was added incorrect, so I need to change it.
But I have no way to do it.
Any browser, any computer, the same error.

Please help to resolve it!

I can’t access my email!

I have an email account that I have used since university. This is linked to all my web accounts for ebay/amazon, etc.

 

Since the change over to Outlook, I can no longer access any of my emails. Why has this happened? And how can I access my emails! I have tried resetting passwords and trying to log in via msn thent hrough my profile and although I can view all of my profile info, I still can't see my inbox!!!

Gmail and custom domain

Hi

 

My company just changed over from a random mail server to Google apps corporate mail. I pleaded with them to use outlook but it was nearly 3  times the price and we are a small non for profit organisation. I hate gmail with a passion not to mention I have a windows phone and it does not work great.

 

I went to https://domains.live.com/ and register my domain and my work email. I received the conformation in my Gmail and followed the prompts. I was then present with outlook.com page logged into my email. I sent an email to the work email from the work email but it did not arrive in my outlook folder but t showed up in gmail.  If I sent an email again from my self to my self but from gmail it would not show up in outlook either.  When I look on the internet everything says I had o set up  MX records but I never even got a prompt to enter anything.

 

Any help would be great, I don't want to use gmail :(

 

My old account was hacked and I cannot access it or recover it due to not having enough information to do so

I've tried multiple times to get it back and finally got the email saying to just make a new account, which I've done. I do not wish to use my old account, I just need to access it so I can open confirmation emails on it to switch that stuff over to my new account. I've got no help anywhere. Can anyone help me?

My email stops working after I open 1 email and I have to wait to open another

I can get into my email inbox and maybe open 1 email and attend to that but when I choose another one, it will not open it or delete it. It takes a while to open and then I can attend to that and maybe another, and then its back to waiting to open another.  This is very annoying,as when I am busy, I try and go into my emails and see what needs my attention first.  Most the time its that they won't open anyway for a while.
