Why after signing in I only get Profile page but no Email inbox?

For days I've tried accessing my email online but only get to the profile page when I sign in.  Help?

I think someone is in my hotmail account and need an IP log from the past month if possible with dates and times.

invalid email address- when filling out forms

Recently I have filled out online forms/applications and when I hit the submit button, it states "invalid email address". This has happened on numerous forms. I have tried using multiple emails with Outlook.com extension or Hotmail.com extension.

I do not understand why this keeps occurring. I have done some research and tried some things, nothing works.

Add-free Outlook isn’t ADD-FREE. Fix it or give me my money back

Help!  I've called the customer service number and they tell me this is the only way I can get help.

 

I purchased the add-free outlook because I can't take the adds anymore.  I assumed because its web-based the next login-off or clearing cache would get me an 'add-free' outlook interface..  It didn't.. what does the paid service kick in?  I'm now taking more of my time to try to figure out why after paying for add free you keep sending me adds.. frustrating experience.. please help immediately or just remove service and refund money.

Why do I get the message "your session has timed out please try again" every morning when I try to sign in? Every night I sign out of my hotmail account so I don't understand why I'm getting this error.

Can not validate a child’s account

I've created accounts for both my kids so they can log into their own accounts on Windows 8. While setting up the account it asks if this is an account for a kid and that I must validate that I am an adult with a $0.50 credit card charge. After entering my credit card and submitting it, I get an error message that Microsoft is having technical issues and to try again later. I've tried on multiple computers, browsers, at home and at work. I've received the error every time. How do I get the issue corrected?

Hello, 
I have not been able to reset my live.com email address password. I have attempted all of the options and have submitted the questionnaire three times and have been denied. The information I have provided is correct to the best of my knowledge.

It is extremely important that I get back into this account. If anyone could help me do this I would really appreciate it.

My Deleted Folder

When I empty my deleted folder is still shows I have 22 emails in there but when I click on it, it shows it as empty.  Why is that.    This just started happening.
