Hello, I would appreciate any quick help with the following issue that just arose last night.
I can receive emails in Outlook.
I can't reply to emails.
No cursor appears in the content section of the email for me to type.
Easy fix? I hope.

I want to add a Webcal, which is Password protected to my outlook.com account. I need to do this because of my job so i have it synced to my tablet and my windows phone. But it doesn't work. It always returns with an error, that i can't add a private callendar.
I can add it to outlook 2013, but this doesnt help me because i cant sync it to my windows phone 8. So how can I add this calendar? I need to do this and it has to be possible!
We will need an exception again for our new class to sign up for multiple live accounts. We work with at risk youth having around 165 students at startup semi-annually (January and July) that need live.com emails. The email accounts will be used primarily for registration with Khan Academy and for access SkyDirve at the end of their class. After they leave us the students take the email accounts with them to continue their work with Khan Academy. I have the rest of the information when you are ready.
Are we able to get a permanent exception yet?
Okay, this is not the first time I've had this problem, whenever I update my trash box in the hotmail window It sometimes doesn't update, so sometimes it will show " 2 or 3 " next to the trash option, though no matter how many times I update it it
still won't remove the number the only way I've found out how to remove it is to delete the hotmail account from my iPhone and re-add the account
When I try to close/deactivate my Hotmail/outlook account I get a message saying I need to cancel my billing services first, but I don't have any billing services or subscriptions. How do I proceed?

I work in IT and received some VLSC licenses that have been associated with my email account for work which is NOT a live, hotmail, or MSN account -- it is under my company's domain: username<at>mycustomit.com
When I try to make an account I receive the error:
This email address is part of a reserved domain such as live.com, hotmail.com, or msn.com. Please enter a different email address.
It has done this in the past and I have just used a personal account to register the licenses but I want to avoid having to do that again.
Please advise.

A customer of mine had their Yahoo account hacked for the second time this year.
In the account all her email was set to forward to a particular @live.com email address.
Three questions:
- where can I report that @live.com address to so that those folks will be dealt with?
- How does this happen? I have never received an answer to this question, EVER. Are bots crawling the internet able to get through that PUZZLE that is required to sign in to an account? How were they able to fill out the form for the forwarding and also get
through that puzzle in the beginning? God I'd love to know how to avoid that for her. She was using upper case letters and the whole shabang.
- What protections does Microsoft have in place with outlook.com accounts so that that does not happen?
