Can’t get into my email account after new rule of having to signout of one before getting into another one

I can get into one account.  But how do I get into the second one ?  It was so easy before to just click from one to the other.

I used to be able to switch between my two seperate email accounts from the side pane on the right. From this morning I cannot access my second account. When I try to open hotmail only my first account comes up. When I tried a different computer with the second email address they want my password and then wont accept it. When I try and reset they want to send it to the second account, but I cannot get into it to check. Any help out there

 

Why I couldn’t access my university email using hotmail.com? It kept showing the error message “You’re currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can’t be used with Outlook.com…..”

After searching for a proper solution online, I found that this problem has been there for quite a number of years.
Could you please help me on this? I'm getting annoyed of this problem!

Outlook.com notifications

I was wondering if Outlook.com had chat notifications? Because right now I miss several messages because there is no indicator I have any unless I am on that tab (no highlighted tab, blinking, sound). This makes messaging on outlook.com nearly useless. When can we expect this feature?

I understand how non-instant the software dev process can be, but honestly this should have been a day one feature.

Account has been temporarily blocked and can’t recover it

My account has been temporarily blocked and I have filled out numerous forms to unblock it with  a secondary hotmail address as the other email to send the recovery information to.

I first received an email stating that the information i provided was not enough to recover my first account.

I have heard no response for the last few days. I need to get into my mail urgently!

The most recent form i have filled out is 93504492

This process has now gone on for four months and has caused me massive irritation. Every time I make a post someone tells me to do the same thing and then when I give them the number they stop replying.

Once I have access I will most likely close my accounts and cut all ties to microsoft as there has not been a single person that has been helpful.

domain won’t register

one of my domains won't register.  I have triple checked all the parameters.  my other domain works.  the configuration page won't say what is wrong.  I have node an nslookup and the parameters are recognized in the lookup.  any ideas?

Prove Domain Ownership – Windows Live Admin Center

I'm trying to set up a custom domain for Windows Live Admin and I'm getting the following error:

 

You need to prove ownership of this domain by creating a DNS record. Use the settings below.
You can Cancel service or Edit mail settings

 

The issue is, I have already added the DNS record provided. Doing an MX lookup provides the following information:

nslookup > set type=mx > blah.com


blah.com     MX preference = 1, mail exchanger = 1ba5ed018f3d4ea6d1d3709c4c9a31.pamx1.hotmail.com
blah.com     MX preference = 5, mail exchanger = ALT1.ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.com
blah.com     MX preference = 3, mail exchanger = ASPMX.L.GOOGLE.com

 

Since there is a higher priority on the Hotmail server, this shouldn't be an issue. Is Windows Live Admin Center failing to detect its MX record because it sees Google? I would prefer not to have downtime with my e-mail account while it switches over.

PS: I can access calendar and send e-mails through Outlook.com, but I don't receive them.

Parental email incorrect

The parental email address that shows on xbox live is not correct, how do we correct this?  It's different that what was entered.  It is not even one of our emails.

I had two email accounts which were switched to Outlook.com. I'm fine with that...what I want to know is how do I get into my other email address? These were two that were linked and they stopped the linking. Please help me...

age verification not working

I attempted to setup an account for my daughter and the age verification process failed after confirming credit card information for 50 cent charge. I attempted to follow the same steps, but of course, the alias I previously entered now shows as unavailable. Please reply with resolution.
