Is it possible for me to fully close the secondary account so that I could add that name as an alias on my primary account? There are no emails in it at this time, I am just trying to secure the address.

I created an @oulook.com email address using my name when outlook was first launched over a year ago before realizing there was an ailias option. I have since then closed the secondary @outlook.com email address and waited a year for the name to be available
again. It has been more than a year and the name still did not free up. I signed into this closed account again today and it said it had been cleared out but the name was still reserved.

I have two hotmail accounts one for work and one for everything else but with my two accounts unlinked I cant log out of my work email I mean it says I'm signed out but then when I click anything related to email or account info (i.e. sign in) it automatically
takes me right back into my work email as if I had never logged out when I go through other options in account info I'm able to get to the sign in page but when I click sign in with another email or whatever it just refreshes the page but doesn't give me an
option to sign in with another account this is extremely frustrating as I have stuff in my other email that I need access to. I dont even know my password for my other account because it's been linked to my work one for so long I never needed to know but at
the moment that issue is on hold because I cant even get logged out of my work account to be able to get to the sign in page properly let alone figure out my password...

For a few weeks, my Nokia Lumia 920 has not been syncing my emails with my Microsoft Account. I am unable to receive emails normally, but can sometimes send emails fine. As with everyone else that has this issue, it hasn't gone away yet. Can you please have a look and see what the issue is with my account. I'm running the latest version available for Australian users.

I am trying to post a video to FACEBOOK. I sign in, retrieving information, publish to FACEBOOK. FACEBOOK needs your authorization to remember your account for next time, I pressed OK. CONNECT TO FACEBOOK, and then it gives me the following message:
THE SERVICE IS UNAVAILABLE WE CAN'T COMPLETE YOUR REQUEST BECAUSE THE SERVICE WAS UNAVAILABLE. TO TRY ADDING THIS SERVICE AGAIN, VISIT PROFILE.LIVE.COM IN YOUR WEB BROWSER.
I have two live.com.au email addresses which I have been using via the one Microsoft login in Outlook. Outlook will no longer let me access one of the emails, and I also cannot create a new Microsoft account for that email. So I decided I would download
Windows Live and go back to that. When I open Windows Live it shunts me straight to Outlook so I still cannot access my emails. This is utterly ridiculous, is it any wonder people buy Macs? I'm using Windows 8 if that is of any value and the email I'm having
trouble with is quite possibly a POP account, but I can't be sure because I have absolutely no way of accessing it.
