I am trying to verify my account as an adult account so that I can approve a Microsoft Account for my son.  Every time I input the credit card and submit my request I get the same error:

 

We're unable to complete your request
Windows Live ID is experiencing technical difficulties.  Please try again later.

 

How do I fix this so that I can get verified and setup my son's account?

what is my username on my outlook?

everytime I try to log on to my Microsoft oulook app it says my username and password is wrong to  please try again later. is there a way where I can get that info to sign in yo my outlook

somehow I deleted something that will not allow me to pull up my email

A picture attached itself to my email and I cannot remove it or change it.  Under the picture's properties > URL it shows:  https://fbcdn-profile-a.akamaihd.net/hprofile-ak-ash2/1076616_100006397267074_534440233_q.jpg.  Also, and I do not know if it is related, I started receiving facebook spam in Spanish.  Has anyone else encountered this issue or does anyone know of a solution?  Thank you.

securty proffs on my account that need to be removed changes on accout have already takein effect and i personaly did not make them
