You have blocked and stolen my hotmail account. You are witholding all my personal information and contacts from me and are ignoring requests to send an unlock code to my alternative email. You may be able to read English but you obviously do not understand it...none of my questions have been answered regarding how you are going to resolve this. I have over 20 emails from you saying nothing!! Do NOT send me another email telling me to click on this link to see your response  http:support.microsoft.com/oas/default.aspx?=..........because the link DOES NOT WORK AND DOES NOT OPEN...Can you understand that???

I am totally sick of your innability to write a normal email to sort this out. Can someone answer that has some common sense.

When I read my outlook.com email using IE9 or IE10 (starting at http://outlook.com) I get an "Internet Explorer blocked this website from displaying content with security certificate errors." popup with the "Show Content" button. I'm getting this dozens of times a day, so this is really annoying.

(Note: this is not the same as getting a certificate error for the entire page because its certificate is invalid).

I have discovered that outlook.com pages contain a link to:

https://fsecure.wlxrs.com/_D/F$Live.SiteContent.Messenger/6.1.2090/

This link cannot be resolved, because the host fsecure.wlxrs.com doesn't exist (checked with http://network-tools.com/default.asp?prog=lookup&host=fsecure.wlxrs.com)

For some reason, IE, when accessing the Internet via a proxy (our corporate infrastructure works this way) triggers a certificate error for the linked page because not being able to find the certificate has priority over not being able to resolve the host.

IE when not using a proxy, or FF22, do not trigger an error.

Still, there is something invalid in the outlook.com pages, and this must be fixed.

Can you MSFT guys please fix this?

P.S. I picked "Calendar" as the topic because I had to select a topic, but the entire outlook.com "site" is affected!

TrueSwitch seems to have been discontinued. Is there any other way to migrate emails from 1 Outlook.com / Gmail account to another Outlook.com account

My email account was just hacked.  I got everything back, except for my close contacts' new emails.  I do receive them, but they are going directly to my Sent folder.  How do I fix this and get them to go to my Inbox?

Someone I know personally changed my password to my Microsoft account. When I attempt to change it off of the verification link, the page opens and asks me to input my new password and then confirm it. I do this and then I get a error code 1086 and it tells me there's a temporary problem with the service.

It's been going on like this for 2 weeks. I've looked it up and people have stated that using different browsers, clearing my cache, and using different PC's fixes the issue, but alas this has not worked out for me. I had to make this Microsft account to even post here. Help will be appreciated.

ok when i signed up for xbox i had to have a parent account (still do) but i rushed on the PA and didnt fill out the info on the account just the secret question and that is it so recovering  it seems like a loss and the email with the account was a work email and they dont work there anymore so cant change password and they don't remember the password. i dont think it got hacked but idk . is there some way i can prove that the account is mine any help would be nice thank you
I have added gmail in outlook 2013.  However, I found that there is a long delay to receive emails in outlook for gmail account (other a/c work fine).  For example, I receive mails sent on Tuesday in Gmail box website but I just only can see emails in Outlook up to Sunday.....    Please advise if there's any setting I need to fix.
Error "You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com".
I cannot sign into my Outlook.com account. I get error message "You're currently signed in with an Office 365 email account, which can't be used with Outlook.com. Please clickhere to sign out of your Office 365 account, then use another Microsoft account to sign in to Outlook.com
My linked account has disappeared (I can not switch between accounts anymore and have to sign in to each account instead) and when I go into "manage linked accounts"I get the message "this page is unavailable or no longer exists".
