I need to create a MS Live account for my working e-mail address to be able to use MS E-learning. But I pressed wrong link in Verification e-mail by mistake. I pressed the link "Click here"instead of the button "Verify *** Email address is removed for privacy ***". "Click here " did cause my id to be locked in MS Live. How can I get that account to be created again?

I send this message from my private account but that can't be used for in MS E-learning.

I feel soooooo stupid!

Hi, not sure what I have done but I have changed my alias and now can't change it back.
I still have all my emails etc but I cannot log on using my previous email address.  Nor can I send/receive from it.
I tried changing the alias to my previous email but it wouldn't let me.
How do I get my old email address back?
Thanks
Hi Outlook.com Support Escalations Team,

RBSMM.COM is still having issue. I couldn't register the domain on outlook.com to use my email . Please assist me. Although Carlo of the Outlook.com Senior Support Analyst replied me that it has been sorted.

It is still having issue.

Please take this as a matter of urgency as I've been waiting more than one week and we really need to use the email

Thanks

Thank you.

Hello, I used to use linked accounts and only knew the password of one of the emails, now that we dont have linked account anymore I cant acess the others.
I have not been able to reset my outlook.com email address password. I have attempted all of the options and have submitted the questionnaire three times and have been denied. The information I have provided is correct to the best of my knowledge.

It is extremely important that I get back into this account. If anyone could help me do this I would really appreciate it.

Thank you
I recently bought a Windows smart phone (Nokia 520) which uploaded all contacts from my hotmail account. I deleted most of these as I did not want them on my phone. Alas they were also deleted from my hotmail account, both in Outlook on line and in Live Mail on my computer. I have restored them in Outlook but cannot get them restored in Live Mail.

How do I restore (synch) the contacts from Outlook to Live Mail.
How do I stop all the contacts being synched to my Windows phone.

Thank you

Good morning, I have now received three emails with the same content, copied below, with different codes. I don't know why I am getting these? I don't want to click the link in case it's a phishing email. Has anyone come across this? I haven't requested the account validation it talks about.

Hi,

Thanks for helping us verify your Microsoft account!

Here is your code: ##########

If you didn't request this code, we recommend that you go to https://account.live.com and change your password.

Thanks,
The Microsoft account team
I cant access my hotmail account. I have verified it and still i am unable to access it please help.

I forgot the passwords and secretquestions to two of my other emails, both of these are very important to me.

One of those is a work and school email, and I'm waiting for a reply to start an apprenticeship, and the other one is for games and forums.

I have tried the password recovery solution but that only works for one of those, but the choices it says I have to make are not available to me when I try to do it. I had all my three email adresses linked, so I only needed to remember one password, and now that the linking feature is gone I am screwed.

I have tried asking customer service but I got the message that they only handled licensing and product-related issues.
