Please can someone advise?
My account has recently been compromised on more than one occasion by a specific email address - I know who this person is. They have also recently tried to take over my facebook account on many occasions, at the same time as my email (Hotmail address).
One specific occasion was around 1am on the day I was in hospital undergoing surgery.
I have been carefully watching my account and maximising all the security features available, however, this person does not seem to be stopping. The person also admitted to me that they have hacked another person's email and facebook accounts in the past
and had previously threatened to hack my accounts via purchasing some kind of software to enable him to do this- I don't know if it is possible to get software to do this, or how he is doing it but I am very concerned. I have reported this person to facebook
(they have 4 facebook accounts under different names which he seems to change these names regulary) and I have blocked the accounts of his that I know about on facebook and reported the harassment to Hotmail enclosing details of his email and ip address. Now
I feel I need to report this person and take this further as he also comes to my home late at night to spy on me. I have been advised to post on here for further advice and help. I want to request for information from Hotmail of all the locations, ip address
and as much information as possible about the log in information on my account and any information about dates, times and ip addresses when anyone has attempted to reset any of my security information etc.
I would be grateful for help on this matter as soon as possible

My hotmail account *** Email address is removed for privacy *** that I use daily no longer exists. Amazing as I used it only 30 minutes before it vanished. Please help...and fast. Thanks in advance.

I had a private message area going with a similar thread because I lost all of my emails when I changed my primary alias. That private message has now disappeared from my account and I cannot reply to that private message to request an update. It has been
a month and I would expect some contact from any company dealing with there customers.
This whole experience is making me consider switching to Mac for all my computer needs because of the "service", or lack there of, I have received on this matter.
Hi i have 3 different hotmail accounts, and now that i have been moved to outlook, and because i can't just switch from account to account anymore. I tried to add my two other emails to my primary account as aliases.
However, all it says is "This email address is part of a reserved domain such as live.com, hotmail.com or msn.com. Please enter a different email address."
I don't want to create two completely new emails again, as i'd have to sign up to loads of websites again. Is there any way i can link my other 2 accounts as aliases, but keep the addresses exactly the same?

I am having the same problem on my domain yoptima.com, which is hosted with WordPress. I have correct MX record entries, and my mail service is working fine. But I am still getting the error "Your
service is Suspended. Please make the required DNS changes." when I login as administrator into domains.live.com.
What's the issue here?

I have 2 Hotmail accounts and one live mail account which were all linked. Since the security upgrade has been implemented, I now cannot access my Hotmail account for my small business. The email address is

I have tried resetting the password as that password that I thought it was did not allow me access. The email address on the reset page, I do not even recognise.
I have tried resetting the password using another email account and by supplying additional information to prove that the account is mine but I keep getting a message that I have exceeded attempts to recover please try again in 24 hours.
I have waited over 24 hours and have tried again but still getting the same message. I need access to this email account as I use this for my painting and decorating business.
Any help given will be gratefully appreciated.

Ok you have delinked my accounts but now when I try to get log into my delinked account it says it does not exist is there a way to regain access to a delinked account?
