At 2:34am, July 24th, 2013, one email was sent from my account to several people that I did not send or authorize. What should I do?
When they switched us to Outlook from Hotmail (Hotmail worked much better, by the way), I lost all ability to attach files and photos from only "certain" files. To attaché them, I have to save them to a new folder. Why is this? and is it possible to go
back to the better product, Hotmail?
All of a sudden it stopped spell checking when I write a new message in my e-mail. How can I turn it on again?
I bought a new windows 8 Tmobile phone for my child and that requires a windows live account. But the problem is that it is asking for 50c Age verification and after giving all the credit card information I am getting an error

So from the above cusomer support link i created a ticket and I got an auto answer as follows.

I am unable to verify my hotmail.com account as of 7/24/13. Any ideas? I have been on with Microsoft support and they sent me here because they were stumped as well. I am using an iPhone 4s by the way.

there is a problem to create a new email account as below.
For example,
my present email address is *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and I am trying to create *** Email address is removed for privacy ***, and it seems it is a problem, I also created a new one called *** Email address is removed for privacy *** and it works fine.

I cannot enter my email. I had a hotmail address and went onto outlook a few monthe ago and also got a second email address at the same time. I used to have them linked but now they are saying you cant do that anymore. Since a couple of days ago i can
get into my second email but my first hotmail one i cant get into. I have tried getting a code or a email code to my second address but i havnt received anything. i am desperate to get onto my main email as I use this all the time for work I cant understand
