Payment for subscription has been declined – no obvious reason and no means of contacting Microsoft

Help - a bit confused here.

 

I pay for my Outlook (formerly Hotmail) e-mail account by direct debit

 

Last month I received confirmation that my subscription had been renewed. However, yesterday, I received an e-mail saying that my subscription had been cancelled. On further investigation I found that the payment had been declined and there is no obvious reason for this (plenty of funds in account etc ...)

 

I need to get this resolved but there doesn't appear to be a way of doing so.

 

Following the advice given  - i.e.

 

To reach Customer Support, go to https://commerce.microsoft.com, select 'help', click 'Getting help' and then click 'Contact Customer Support'.

 

..... does not give me the opportunity to progress this other than posting this question on the forum

 

This is VERY frustrating .... is there any way in which I can resolve this ?

Domain ownersip problem. TXT and MX records added and propagated but not recognized

Hi

I wonder if someone could assist me with this. I'm trying to setup siqueira.eu domain on domains.live.com

I've have changed the MX and TXT records on my registrar accordingly and I can see via whois that those changes have now propagated (please see: http://who.is/dns/siqueira.eu). But on refreshing the status on domains.live.com I still get the pending message.

I can add that this domain has once been setup with live.com (around 2008) and during that time I have created a d***** Email address is removed for privacy *** Microsoft Account which I still use. Soon after that account was created I moved the MX records to Google Apps but kept using the mentioned Microsoft Account (all working except for receiving email - as that has changed to Gmail). I suspect this is posing an issue for me to migrate back to domains.live.com.

If my memory does not fail me, the Admin account I have used in the past (~2008) to setup the custom domain is the same as this one which I'm using to post here: m***** Email address is removed for privacy ***.

Could you please assist me in solving this issue?

Games CD Key register on deleted hotmail account

Hi,

I have MANY games register on an old hotmail account that I deleted when I upgraded to windows 8 to put all on the same email.

Now I can't play my games because game for windows live ask for the CD key and they say its register to another account.

The account does not exist anymore.

Please help me I have lost a lot of games.

Being the bright spark I am I forgot to note down the password for one of my emails and didn't update the recovery email address. And since Microsoft recently disabled the account linking for security reason I can't hop in that way to gain access. I'm posting this here as I couldn't find a way to directly contact Microsoft about this issue and was hoping for help either in that manner or somehow resetting my password without the use of the questionnaire because every time I've tried to use it is mentions how I haven't provided enough information. I didn't use this email to send emails out, only to receive them from specific online accounts I created. And I didn't customise folders. So the only thing I can do is guess at the address and name because honestly I can't remember half the "details" of the account. All I know is one application I have, Trillian, is connected to the account and shows the number of emails I have, but I can't use that to hop into my account either.

Some swift help of any kind with this would be appreciated.

Error 450 with 0x800482d4

We are trying to setup multiple live account to integrate them with online MS Dynamics CRM 2011 but getting "error 450 with 0x800482d4" and its asking us to wait for 24 hours and try again. it’s been more than 24 hours now and we are still getting same error. Please help us resolve this issue as we have to register multiple users to integrate them with MS Dynamics.

 

WLPG not reading Nikon EXIF data but other cameras?

My version of WLPG is 2012, build 16.4.3508.205 and I am running Windows 7 x64 SP1 with all hotfixes EXCEPT KB2670838 and IE10 as they disable not only WLPG but all Windows Live and system tools snap ins on my system. 

 

The issue is after restoring WLPG after an auto update installed IE10 and its components, including the hotfix, I had deleted WLPG, re-installed, and now the EXIF data on most of my Nikon RAW and JPG files is not readable where it was before, it is reading the EXIF off my Canon RAW and JPG files fine as well as my Motorola phone and iPad3 files.  I have re-installed the latest Nikon RAW Codec and my installed Microsoft Camera Codec Pack is 16.4.1970.0624 installed on July 15th this year.

 

Besides not reading the Nikon EXIF the dates the photos were taken seems to have been altered to date uploaded or modified.  If I open them in Nikon software for editing the EXIF displays the proper information, date shot, lens used, camera settings, etc. but WLPG shows Unavailable for all settings.  This is really frustrating as I use WLPG as my photo DB and tag everything with camera, lens, location, settings, etc. to make searching easier.  Now I have to use another program to read the data and translate it into the tags but WLPG still is not able to display any of the settings.  I am no longer able to search by camera or lens for Nikon shots, the majority of which my files are, from 2005 to present. 

Urgent help!!

My other email address has been blocked as I got confused with different passwords since the change from outlook, and I need it as I do ALL my business on there!!!

There are no phone numbers or anyone to call, I just need my account unlocked desperately! please please please help!
