Really REALLY sick and tired of Outlook NEVER working properly! Hey Microsoft - WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO FIX THIS PIECE OF JUNK?

Now it is completely frozen on the little pointing hand; when I try to click on any message it refuses to open; it sort of flickers a lot but does nothing, it's completely stuck.
DOES ANYONE FROM MICROSOFT EVER LOOK AT THESE MESSAGES AND TRY TO FIX ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS??

I am trying to log out of one hotmail account and log into another, but just get an In Box screen which only allows me to go to a search page. Why is this?

Can someone help me to STOP the annoying pop up from Outlook Express to free disc space?!!!I have Windows XP and a Hotmail acct which is now an OUTLOOK acct,I do not have OE nor do I want it!Everytime I start my computer this annoying pop up appears and I am a novice computer user so please keep that in mind  ,I can follow step by step instructions and have tried removing OE from Outlook Today properties to no avail.....Even if I would ever have thought about using OE I wouldn't even CONSIDER it after having this pop up in my face everyday!!!!!Please help...it's really driving me crazy!........KWIK

How can I get Skydrive app for the same Microsoft account to run on one laptop and a desktop? 
What I want is to have a 'local' folder (the kind that we get on installing the Skydrive) on the laptop as well as the desktop.
Perhaps the application will make the query clearer: Two people researching on a common topic who each need access to documents saved by the other without having to visit the Skydrive website every time.

Hi.
I have forgotten my password for my work emails and when i try to reset the password i receive
"You've reached the limit for number of attempts. These limits help us protect against spam from automated programs. You can try again later"
I've tried deleting my history etc but nothing seems to work.
any ideas please?
