Hello, i am trying to send a group e-mail and i keep getting an error message saying i have reached my daily message limit, even though i have only sent three e-mails today. I am sending it to a fairly large group of people, but i have sent e-mails to this same group of people many times without any issues. I send messages to this group of people at least once a month, often more than that. I do not have a cell phone so i cannot use one to verify my account and get a larger limit, and i shouldn't have to, considering i am not even close to meeting the limit that Hotmail allows.

I realize now that group e-mails count as multiple e-mails, not just one, so that may be the issue. However, i have sent more than one e-mail a day to this particular group of people in the past and still not gotten this error message. It only seem to be a recent occurence.

I'm adding a bunch of files to my SkyDrive storage - but I want to stream some videos and I want to stop the upload until I am ready to let it run again.

This seems impossible to do in 8.1, but I'm probably just missing it.
I don't see a "select all" option.  How do I delete a bunch of emails at once instead of doing it individually?

These sites send out automated emails to members to remind them about games and training.  This has always worked brilliantly.  However, recently, Microsoft has started blocking all mails from Shutterfly *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for Hotmail and Live accounts.  This is causing members to miss important reminders.  

How can I get Microsoft to remove Shutterfly from the Spam list for these mails?  This is a huge problem for our team as many members have either Hotmail or Live accounts.  Microsoft is incorrectly marking mails as Spam and causing them to be rejected.  
I'm using HTML Editor and it can find files only on my own computer.  How do I bring the files that were - without me wanting this to happen - uploaded to Skydrive - and have them reside on my local drive here?

I am working a complex process and it is not easy to always remember everything. 
I saved a process diagram on my skydrive yesterday. unfortunately today , I could not find it , this is sad because I have to start over again

I seem to be receiving email that is supposed to be directed to someone else.  The email address in the same as mine (eg. *** Email address is removed for privacy ***), but I am also seeing the responses of the person with my email address.  So that person is receiving those emails as well.  

My homtail account was set up in the United States.  All the correspondence I'm referring to seems to be occurring in Argentina.  I am assuming that the email address was originally supposed to be *** Email address is removed for privacy *** for example, but will typically work as *** Email address is removed for privacy *** within Argentina automatically without the ".ar" at the end.  But somehow I am still receiving this person's email.  

I am also forwarding my email from this account to a Gmail account.  I don't believe that would contribute to this issue, but I thought I'd mention it just in case.  

I am not sure how to correct this problem without someone at Microsoft adjusting some routing filters or something to that effect.  But there is no way to contact Microsoft for support on free email accounts.  Does anyone have any ideas?  This seems like it would be a privacy violation for Microsoft although I'm no lawyer.

I opened an account in the cloud and put the wrong email address in is there anyway to edit the email address???
