I created an account on 4/30 and shared a bunch of files in the public folder which took up x amount of space out of the 7GB allocated
I recently logged in to upload a 35mb file for sharing since it was too large for emails and noticed I once again have 7GB of allocated space.
There are 3 default folders: Document, Pictures, and Public
I looked in each one of the folders and completely empty with a date modified of 7/15/2013
At first I panicked because it seems that all my files are gone! And technically....they are!
I shared the public folder and my current public folder doesn't have a single file.
I went back to my email of when I first shared my Public folder on 4/30 and there they are! All my files are there under Public Folder
The problem is that it's no longer part of my normal folder/menu sets when I login.
The only way to access it is with the previous linked I once created.
There's no way for me to delete it.
It just sit by itself with the only option of : open, download, sharing, properties, and clear selection.
It says I'm the owner, but I can't delete of modify it.
It remains as a public folder.
Please help.

I cannot send emails from my live.co.uk account on my Samsung GalaxyS2 only receive messages. Can you please help me sort this problem out.
Logged in today, like I do every day, multiple times a day. Have been using Outlook for months. No changes to the account, no alterations of any kind.
Except all my emails stored in my INBOX, except for 2, have been mysteriously, annoyingly deleted. Through no action of my own. Some of these messages were years old, so trying the "recovery" feature will do nothing.
Sucks. Big time.
can not sign in to my hotmail account even after I tried to reset my password. I get a link to reset my password but it gives me a temporary problem message every time. I have tried different browsers and computers and it makes no difference. Please

Starting some time in the last few hours, I have lost the ability to send outlook.com emails via Outlook 2013.
Mails just get stuck in the outbox.
I have tried a different outlook.com account, and the problem is exactly the same.
Anyone else having problems right now?

When I log in to my account a message appears saying 'it looks like someone else is using your account'. I have filled out the questionnaire three times only for it to be rejected due to insufficient information. A lot of the questions I really don't know
the answer to e.g the addresses of recent contacts by email. I rarely send emails and so cannot remember any adresses or contacts. Also I cannot receive a code by text or phone because the number that is displayed is not one I am using or recognise. Surely
there's got to be another way of getting my account back? Any help will be much appreciated thanks.
