can not sign on

I have seen other questions similar to mine and they were all resolved by a "private discussion".

So, I try to first retrieve my password for my account and it tells me my Microsoft account is incorrect, but if I try and sign on with what

I thought was the password it says the account doesn't exist, so finally I try to create a new account and it tells me the sign on is not

available.

Kind of confused on which one is correct.

Pocket Recorder “could not sync at this time” with SkyDrive

I have never been able to copy my recordings to Sky Drive as I always get the above error message.
All of my recordings are short--less than 5 minutes.
I am able to sign in correctly to SkyDrive on Windows phone and PC but still never able to sync/copy files to SkyDrive.
Can anyone help?

Outlook Alias not working properly

Hello.

I use my live email account as my primary account. Just now, I added an outlook alias to it for my business purposes. However, I'm having a few problems.

First off, I'm using the windows live mail client. Receiving messages on my new alias is no problem, I already tested that. However, the problem is, that even though I set my alias as my "default from address", it's always suggesting to reply to mails via my live account. Even worse, my alias doesn't even show up as an option to send from in the drop-down menu.

Furthermore, when creating my alias, I told outlook to create a new folder for my alias. The folder immediately appeared in my windows live client. However, emails I receive to my alias, appear in the general inbox of my live account, and the alias folder stays empty.

Can anyone tell me how to fix these things?

I'm receiving a lot of emails, it's important that my inbox stays tidy.

Windows Live Mail 2011: contents of ALL folders – table view available?

Using Windows Live Mail 2011, is it possible to view a table showing the contents of ALL folders?

I was able to do so using Outlook Express, and I am able to do so using Verizon web-mail.

movie maker Video tools duration adjuster is grayed out

I was working in Movie Maker for Windows 7 and the duration adjustment under video tools/edit stopped working. I can do all other functions under Video tools but change the duration. Advice on how to repair the problem will be appreciated.

i have an account in windows live someone has hacked my account how i can get it back?? whenever i access it it says we will send the password to the primary email address and i did not fill that options when i was making that account nor security questions.

Hi, I am trying to reset my password to *** Email address is removed for privacy *** as my account has recently been compromised.  I had filled out the forum and the Microsoft account team had verified it was me and sent a link to resetting my password.  However, once I clicked on the link I got errcode=1086.  It said to try back so after over a week of trying it still doesn't work.  I had submitted another forum and it sent me another link to reset but I get the same errcode=1086.  I need to get back into my account for my contacts list and also my folders.  

Can you help?
