Prior, I had three hotmail/live accounts linked together each with different passwords that I've forgotten over the years, except for the main account that I used to switch to the other two. I have tried using the form to recover the passwords to each
account, however, neither secondary account had any sent emails, or any created folders, or billing info. So they did not have enough information to recover them. I've filled the form out three times now, each time I've gotten an email back saying that the
automated system couldn't verify that I actually owned the account and that I should just abandon the account and create a new one. And as much as I'd like to do that, the secondary account has information that I need to access in the future. So... Help me,

Another great day with my hotmail account and freaking up my whole computer......anyone else having diffuculties or is this just an isolated case.......maybe my cat did something.....got to blame someone.
I lost access to my Hotmail account July 15th and received the error "it looks like someone else might be using your account." After speaking with and trying to recover my account with your many moderators for the last 10 days, nothing has happened. My older sister and girlfriend have both told me that my account has sent them emails like this one (reminder, do NOT click on the link) :

My account has been compromised. I cannot reset the account, because someone has changed the security questions. I have filled out your recovery form and it has been denied. This is CLEARLY a scam. The moderators in the community refuse to help with anything
beyond giving me the form again and again to fill out. What is the point? There is NO WAY I CAN IDENTIFY WHO ON MY CONTACT LIST THIS IS BEING SENT TO. I CANNOT IDENTIFY IF THE SUBJECT IS ANY DIFFERENT IN ANY OF THE OTHER EMAILS MY ACCOUNT IS SENDING OUT. I
have given the moderators as much information about my account as possible, and yet 10 days after the original incident I am no closer to getting my account back. As I said in my original posts, I am homeless, which means I will be using a new computer every
few days(Shelter to shelter, library, friends laptop, etc). This whole process COULD BE SIMPLE BUT OBVIOUSLY THE MODERATORS DO NOT WANT IT THIS WAY.

Hi, my hotmail account was hacked into two days ago. He sent out a spam email to all of my contacts asking for money to be wired to Cyprus. Ive tried contacting Microsoft tech support after being unable to pass the surveys for two days. The hacker
had changed some of my personal profile information on the first day when I was still able to access the account and had entered a default yahoo account in my profile security section, which was then locked in and I couldn't t change. The tech support team
referred me to this forum since I can't pass the surveys. I've had this account for over a decade and would like it back.
Please help me. I have valuable information in this account, and I can prove that it's mine.
