I am trying to change my primary Windows 8 alias to the one I use for Xbox Live but I keep getting the error message "You can't use @live.com in your Microsoft account email address."
My Windows 8 mail account suddenly displays only a blank page. I can still sign using IE. Also I cannot access my Microsoft account.
I have two hotmail (outlook) accounts. When trying to log into my main account it keeps telling me I have thw wrong password (IT IS NOT!).
I have tried to access my entering another email to send a password change link however in order to do this I need to answer a questionnaire. It says to fill in as much as possible and I did, however it then told me I needed to enter more information as
what I had entered was not sufficient!
The questions were relating to folders I had created (I have created none so could not answer) and topics of recent emails I had sent (I cannot remember specific emails sent) and addresses I had recently emailed (these are all on my account which I cannot
access!).
Can someone please help me? I am at my wits end as I really need to access this account!

I have been upgraded to Outlook and all my e-mails from Hotmail have disappeared. I have no e-mails more than one week old.
I did not ask for a security code, but was unable to access my email without accepting & using the code I was sent. Ok, I'm here now, but how do I know this code is legit ? I understood I shouldn't accept a code I didn't ask for . What goes on

Everytime I try and open my hot mail accounts, the page shows up but before I can open the messages I get from friends, it disappears and the screen goes white... does anyone know why this happens? Thanks please email me back and tell me what to do...
I have an old email account that I haven't logged on in over a year. I need the account to retrieve a password for a paypal transaction. I'm aware that the account is closed if inactive for more than a year. But i think its been less than a year since i last logged on. Can someone help me i try to sign in but says it is not a microsoft account.
