I am receiving an error message “It looks like someone else might be using your account” when trying to sign in to my account

When I try to sign in to my email, which I've been using for almost a decade it tells me this:
It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you – and only you – get back into *email*, we need to verify that it's yours. 


It then asks me how I want to receive my security code, I picked the option to send it to my other email but I haven't got the email with the security code yet.

I have tried the "recover deleted messages" feature, but need to get back about 30 days of deleted items... Is it possible!?

Upper/Lower case letters

Why is it when I type in my email  address using 1 upper case letter in my last name, Microsoft/Live sends it back to me with a lower case letter. I don't spell my name nor would I ever spell anyone's last name with a lower case letter. Please explain why that happens it really bothers me.

Under the new microsoft outlook e mail system brought in this year i have a problem with the maximum number of e mails sent daily which appears to allow but 100-any more not actually being sent or delivered as junk mail?

I have  414 contacts in a group which i want to e mail with the same message -but it appears i need to do so over 5 days ? On the people site How do i actually select the first 100 group members from the 414 "faces" in the group and send the first 100 e mails out?

I have spoken to Microsoft Support on Twitter who recommended that I post my question here.

 

Does anybody know how long it takes for an email that Outlook.com considers 'junk' to go from Junk to Deleted to permanently deleted?

how do i reach my contact list when sending emails? I have some contacts that appear in the left box, but not all of them.

When I want to forward a email and I open the reply then click on forward, I get a partial contact list on the left. some of my contacts are there, fine but how do I get to the rest of my contact list? it appears that the left box is from frequently mailed contacts.  Maybe eight on in that list, but the ninth one is in my contact list. how do I get to that contact list to add with the other eight I selected from the left pop up box?
