The transition goes over the previous picture shadowing it then jumps to the next picture not combining the two.  this is on just some of them, others work fine.  I ran the repair windows live essentials but it didn't fix it.  Any suggestions?
I have run through this process several times and I was successful. Now I am not able to do it from any of my alias accounts.

I create a new email address on my domain hosted by Outlook.com email. I log into the new account and I click on More Mail Settings button. I click on Email Forwarding. It wants to verify me so I type in my cell number and country. I check the agree to terms check box. I press Verify. I get the error message "Sorry, we can't do this right now. Please try again later." I have been attempting this for about a month now at random times.

Help please anyone..

Paul
See above, that says it all
I read and applied all the tips in http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/mail-wlsecurity/login-to-outlook-fails-mspperror-2147205086/7c869185-5977-4ca7-993c-18458afbf275?msgId=1168e94d-733e-4f05-860e-366bb78583b6 and the issue still persist. Any solution?

When I am signed in and try to get to Outlook.com I get this message:  https://pod51030.outlook.com/owa/?hm=1&f=255&MSPPError=-2147205086 and a blank screen. How can I access to my account? It is an account that has my university name as the "domain".com., and I need to access to important information from there.
Is there a send/receive button in outlook 13?
I'm a member of an organization that receives emails from a mailing list.  I recently added that email as an alias in order to send out emails from our organization's name, however, it didn't work so I removed the alias.  Even though I have removed the alias, when anyone replies to my personal emails sent from my personal address, it is being sent to everyone on the mailing list.  Any advice?
When I try to sign in to my email, which I've been using for almost a decade it tells me this:
It looks like someone else might be using your account

To help you – and only you – get back into *email*, we need to verify that it's yours.

It then asks me how I want to receive my security code, I picked the option to send it to my other email but I haven't got the email with the security code yet.
