How can I reset the password to my microsoft account if my account is locked due to log ins and I can’t answer enough questions to prove to microsoft its my account?

I just came back from vacation to play on xbox live, when I clicked on my gamer tag (III RADA III) it made me sign in with my email and password but then says something went wrong and says code: 8015D003. I followed the steps to reset my password but I can't seem to remember what my security question answer was and now it says I got it wrong too many times. I also went and filled out the questionnaire a couple of times to get rejected every time. I can only answer the first few questions which are my name and where I live because I never used a credit card with my account. When I typed in the email I also made a typo and put a "l" instead of a "i". The ways that were recommended to get back my account do not work. I have other ways to prove I'm the owner such as my gamer tag has only been used on my xbox so that should prove its mine. If someone could contact me and help me through the process it would be greatly appreciated.

Outlook.com fonts are illegible in Chrome for Mac

Hi,
I've really wanted to switch to Outlook, but the fonts seem to be too thin and small. Then I tried Outlook.com on a PC and it actually looked good. So I think there must be a problem with how the fonts display on a Mac.

Here is an example of how it looks for me: These are full size images too, exactly how it looks:

As a whole, Outlook.com, on my Mac running Chrome 28, is unusable with these font problems. Even on this website, the fonts are appearing too thin and too jagged. Is there a way to fix this issue?

Hi, my old account (Removed by moderator) has been blocked, it keeps on saying someone is using my account when i know that no one is because i don't give out my passwords. When i try to fill out the form i can't really put any thing in expect my name, other passwords, birthday, zip code,country and state! i only used this email address for gaming. I really need this account. And when i tried to send the email link to my brother email (i put him as a alt email) he said he couldn't get into his. He really did not care. But I do. So please!! I know the password! You guys need to fix this problem. I have been trying to get into this email for over a year!! People all over the forums have this problem! it is like a disease spreading! Please I beg of you. I have tried everything you guys suggested. Can't i enter my phone number to get the code or something else? PLease help me!!

Orifinal title: Im being asked to verify my identity because someone else is supposedly trying to get into my emailI dont know if its a scam or not???

 

I sign into Hotmail as normal with my email and password and then I receive a screen saying we need to verify your account because someone else may be trying to use it... it gives me an alternate account to choose and I click submit... I then log into the other account to receive the email that has meant to have just been sent and there is nothinggggg there (and its been 4 days and Ive tried numerous times to re-send) the other alternative that it gives me says " I can not verify my identity" and I have also tried this option to.... it sends you to a page saying "that's okay fill out this form and the windows team will get back to you in 24hours" or something like that. So I'm filling out the form as best as possible and then at the bottom its asking for credit card details!?!? As if Im going to provide my credit card details!.... please tell me whether this is a scam or not? and how I can get back into my account,t its really important!! please help!! (Ive also tried resetting my password but it comes up with the same screen so that's not helpful)

Help to stop harassing email – find IP address?

Hi
I have received a harassing email to my work email from a hotmail account.  I have been quite upset about it, but even with help from our security services, and computer people, I understand that we can't easily locate the IP address.
I am wondering if there is anyone out there that can help me out? I know I'll never be able to find out where exactly this person is, but even knowing the city could help easy my mind.
I can't believe that finding a simple IP address is that difficult these days is it?  Is there any possible way?  Would a warrent from police be what is required, or is there another way?

how to change Hotmail account setting

Does anyone know how to change my hotmail account  setting from "pop" to "imap" please? I bought an iMAC recently, and I could not synchronise the hotmail between my iphone and iMAC apparently because the current setting is "POP". Apple had advised me to change "pop" to "imap" to resolve the issue, but I don't know how.

All of a sudden when i sign into my outlook email account i can’t view my inbox? HELP!!

I only created the account a few days ago and there were only 4 emails in there this morning when I checked so it isn't that case of a full inbox or anything like that. I sign in and it just takes me to the settings pretty much....no Inbox option or anything. This morning when I signed in it was fine, it went straight to my inbox as usual....Please help me!

My account says that I am logged in somewhere, but I am not, I clicked the link to log me off of where ever I am logged in but that still does not work. It has been doing this for the last few weeks and I do not know how to fix it. I am not logged in anywhere else and even if so that link they give should be able to log me off. I need to access this email for school so if anyone could be of assistance I would greatly appreciate it.
