Account hacked.

"Erection" medication links are being sent in my name from my msn account.  I have changed my password and secret question/answer, and I have changed my primary address from "...@msn"to ...@outlook.com.  The emails continue to be sent.  What can I do to get these emails to stop?

Email Message Changed to Random Characters

I have a @hotmail.com email address and my friend has a @gmail.com address. We were exchanging emails and all was fine until my latest reply. She wrote back, "I don't know if you tried to send me something, because all I got was a ton of random characters." Lo and behold, below her reply, the email I wrote was nowhere to be seen; a huge paragraph of random letters took its place! I checked my Sent Folder in which I saw the email I wrote was displayed exactly as I wrote it -- no random characters. I thought maybe the unusual characters I added (two hearts written by Alt + 3) in the email might have messed it up, but I think that is a long shot. 

Also, I noticed something a little unusual in her reply notifying me of the random gibberish. It said "*** Email address is removed for privacy *** on behalf of Her Name (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***)". I'm mentioning this in case it is relevant.

I have sent other emails to Yahoo addresses, to Hotmail addresses, and another Gmail address, and all of them were sent normally -- absolutely nothing odd. I even used the same browser: Google Chrome. Is this problem on my end or my friend's? I have screenshots to provide if needed.

My password is 14 characters long and a mix of capital letters, lowercase letters, and numbers; I don't think I my account was compromised.

Need access to my e-mail account.

Hello, I can no longer gain access to my e-mail account even though I had the password. Microsoft decided "someone else was using my e-mail account" i.e me on my mobile phone, and various other devices. I then logged into my e-mail account and it booted me out, the verification e-mail that it sends goes to an e-mail account that hasn't existed for like eight years - I can't remember the information I provided when I was like 14 to my e-mail account, when I created it.

 

What can I do to get access to my account?

I cannot open my email account
I went through the account recovery/password reset procedure that appears when clicking on the link that says i cannot access my account.

i filled out the form to prove its my account. 

i was sent a link to my alternative email.
When i click on the link that you sent to finalise the password reset - i get the error message.

hacked outlook.com account

My outlook.com account was hacked. It is not the address I used to post this question. A new contact phone number was added and new recovery contact emails were added so that whenever I go to reset the password it emails everyone of the recovery email addresses listed. Can someone at microsoft PM me so that I can provide additional details and fix this. I have an office365 account tied to this address as well and need it fixed ASAP!

My outlook.com account was hacked. It is not the address I used to post this question. Emails Bouncing Back

I have sent a few emails today and two bounced back.  These are people I email frequently.  Attached is a screen shot of the message that I received when it bounced back - it did not contain helpful information as to why it bounced.  the two emails that bounced were to two different service providers.  Is there an issue occurring right now?
