“Page Cannot be Displayed” error message

When I startup OUTLOOK I get the "Page Cannot be Displayed" error msg.  It gives this msg because the web address it is looking for is

SN128W.SNT128.mail.live.com and that doesn't exist. All it needs is mail.live.com which does exist.  How do I correct the WEB Address?

Sending emails from my Smart Phone

I can get my email on my smart phone but I can't reply or send an email from my smart phone.  The ability to send, just stopped working last

Friday - didn't change a thing on my phone or desk top.  Anyone have any ideas on what to do?  I went to the Verizon store and they checked it all out and said it had to be a problem with my provider.  HELP!

What is causing my videos to be choppy and flicker?

I have created numerous movie maker projects without any issue in the past.  Yesterday I created a project which includes both photos and video clips.  Everything played fine.  I saved the project in order that I could burn it to CD.  But once saved, the videos included in the project are choppy and flicker.  Did I miss some kind of change?  Can anyone help?

i have had replied from so many mods saying to provide details etc but nothing has been resolved. 
i cannot log into my hotmail account 
the message says invalid id 

it is NOT invalid.i used it a few months ago. 
it DOES exist. 


can someone please help.

I cannot retrieve my e-mail on my mobile phone the way I have in the past. Since July 24th there is no e-mail after that date unless I go to google and my msn etc. Can you reprogram my e-mail so I can access it the way I always did before July 24th. this is my second request for your assistance in this matter. thank you.

I need to delete secondary email as my girlfriend add her email as second email everytime I change my password send reset password t her email cannot wait 30days because she just keeps resending the email reset to her email.
