Ik wil Skydrive abonnement annuleren.
Maar dat kan niet online, dat kan niet via de telefoon met ondersteuning, want daar wordt ik niet met de eerst volgende vrije medewerker doorverbonden.
Dus wil ik het via dit medium doen.
Voor alle duidelijkheid:
Zo snel mogelijk abonnement Skydrive helemaal annuleren.
Ben boos, omdat ik in juli via de telefoon toezegging heb gekregen van een medewerker van Microsoft, dat skydrive geannuleerd zou worden, maar er is niets gedaan en wel mijn abonnement automatisch verlengd.
Ik ben het echt helemaal beu, want skydrive werkt bij mij absoluut niet goed.
Verder ben ik het beu, dat ik zo moeilijk is om met microsoft in contact kan komen over simpele dingen als annuleren Skydrive abonnnement.

I lost the ability to use my Skydrive to upload and send large file (JPEGS) attachments in my email after upgrading to 8.1. Previously, I was automatically given the choice of performing this task in my email. I have Office and use Outlook. What gives? Grandma is developing withdrawal symptoms.

Instant Search Issue

In Outlook I can no longer search "All Mail Items".  I can only go to each file and check.  I otherwise the message "Instant Search encountered a problem while trying to display search results.  I can find no way to fix it.  It worked fine last week.

Outlook RT

I am using a Surface RT with Outlook RT. The configuration is a TOUCH ONLY. I am trying to find away to select multiple emails and cant seem to figure out how to do so with TOUCH ONLY. I know I could probably plug in my mouse and do it that way, but that is not what I want. I was able to briefly bring up the keyboard and hold down the Ctrl key and select a couple of emails, but that was awkward and I could only select the first couple of emails.

Is there a way to do this?

Is there a way to transfer the existing tasks in Outlook 2013 on my desktop to the Task portion of Calendar in Outlook.com? I am using Windows 7 with Office 365.

I had trouble getting into my e-mail account- live.com  I had forgotten my password.  I had attempted it so many times that my account is blocked.  I set up another account but when it opens it does not show any of my e-mails that were on my original account.  How do I get them back- or how long do I have to wait until they will unblock my account?  thanks- I hope my original e-mails have not been lost.

All My Photos Are Gone

I have uploaded hundreds of photos to SkyDrive and recently sat down to organize them into appropriate folders.  After hours of organizing, I logged into SkyDrive two days later and all my new folders were gone and ALL of my photos.  Where did they go and can anyone please help me get them back!!

Not receiving emails

My mailbox was extremely full and I was receiving warning emails.  I have cleared out the contents of my inbox, sent items and deleted items but no emails are coming through.  It's been like this now for more than 24 hours.  My partner has just sent me an email, but he got a automated response form postmaster "This is an automatically generated delivery status notification.  Delivery to the following recipients has failed"

 

Does anyone have any idea what I need to do so that I can get emails again?
