I went into the microsoft account details and changed my last name. My profile on most websites still show my original last name including my Surface RT profile when i login to the screen.
How long does it take to update? Do i need to do something else? i wanted to change it for my outgoing emails and surface RT profile.
I recently upgraded from Office 2010 to Office 2013, I had stored my OneNote Notebooks on my SkyDrive. After the upgrade, I am having trouble accessing my OneNote Notebooks.
If I try to access via SkyDrive, I see that they exist in my recent documents, give the file sizes (18mb, 1.4 mb), etc. but when I click on one, it comes up with the following message: "This item might not exist or is no longer available. This item
might have been deleted, expired, or you might not have permission to view it. Contact the owner of this item for more information." However, one of the notebooks I have shared with a friend. He is still able to view that notebook, but I can no
longer get to it.
If I try to access via the OneNote application, it asks for my password then promptly asks for it again, and again, and again, etc. If I give it a wrong password it tells me that it is wrong.
What can I do to get my notebooks back?

I'm having problems receiving emails from my custom address.
At first I received some, not all email. Emails from Twitter and so on came in, but from my personal email didn't arrive.
Sending emails is no problem though.

I'm having some problems with my Skydrive on my Macbook Air (2011 model) being stuck on Scanning Files... The backups have seemed slow. I have moved a sizable amount of files into my Skydrive (24 GB at this point), so I fear that I may have corrupted something.
I've tried the trick of going into my Library and removing the .dat file from the Skydrive settings and restarting Skydrive, and I have reinstalled Skydrive a couple of times. I'm wondering if some permissions may be a factor. I hope I don't have to clear
everything out of my Skydrive and start again (that would murder my bandwidth). What do you suggest I do?

hi went in my hotmail found in junk mail l have over 1200 error messages that were there.. I donot know how they got there l block all junk mail every 2 days if l can , it will take me 5 days to block these messages because it only takes 1 page
at a time. Can you please show me a faster way . Thank you!!!
