I am trying to change the Email in my "Edit Security Setting," because the email listed there has been closed a long time ago.
I keep getting
"Help us protect your account
Since you're trying to access sensitive info, we just want to make sure this is you. To continue, check your email and enter the code we just sent you."
There doesn't appear to be any way to delete that email. As I said, that email account was closed a long time ago and I wanted to input another (new) email account where my security code could be sent.
How do I input another email (new) account?

For a couple of months now, my outlook has not been receiving emails regularly. It backs up for days and then all arrives at once, long after they were sent. I am able to send emails out. My settings are correct, nothing has been altered from my end. I
would say that this started happening around the same time as the redesign of the new outlook.
It was suggested by one of your agents that there could be a problem with the server at your end.
Coincidentally, around the same time, I started receiving notifications on my phone regarding my outlook, notifying me that it was unable to connect to my email address. Even though I had the notifications turned off on my phone, this kept popping up,
sometimes every 10 minutes and waking me throughout the night. I eventually had to uninstall my email from my phone as no one was able to figure out the problem. I still don't have my email available on my phone......Not sure if this is related to this problem
but I thought it might be helpful and I need to get my email working again.
I have been picking up my email through rogers/yahoo.

Hi there, I was recently migrated to outlook.com and now I have lost all emails older than 6 months from my inbox and also my pop box. I still have older emails in other personal folders I have created and I regularly login to hotmail/outlook but

I have added and created an alias to my primary Hotmail account. I decided to unlink them because the new alias has been assigned as a primary (BAD IDEA). Therefore, I have removed the alias (The one that I have been using since 2007) and now I cannot
login to it again. It says that the account does not exist. PLEASE HELP ME GET IT BACK I REALLY RELY ON IT ON MY DAILY BASIS.
My Outlook.com incoming messages page has started to reflect the Hotmail item as shown above. How get rid? (I use Outlook.com from Win7 only.)
