when I send junk mail to the blocked file, it has been going to my delete file , I have a lot of blocked e-mail address's in the blocked file can I clear this file and start anew?
Hello Microsoft.
I have the next problem:
When I try to recover the password from an "*** Email address is removed for privacy ***" account" appears the next message:
"The Microsoft account that you wrote, doesn´t exist"
Well, I undestand the privacy policy about "log in at least once in 365 days" I recognize I dind´t do it.
But I need to recover that account because my gamertag from xbox 360 is associated with it.
I also try another thing:
Create a new account with the same name but nowadays Hotmail page only allows next domains:
- @outlook.es
- @outlook.com
- @hotmail.es
- @hotmail.com
- @live.com
Doesn´t allow the domain @live.es
Could anybody give me a solution, please?

I have 10 day old New Dell computer with Office 365.
I only have 1 computer for now with SkyDrive.
7/30/13 - I picked folders to backup to SkyDrive and after syncing I checked online & they were there and in my local skydrive folder. Good so far.
Then I Added 2 excel files & changed a few other. they include Outlook & excel files.
The date on Outlook.pst in Documents is 8/3/13.
The date on Outlook.pst in SkyDrive is 7/30/13.
The 2 new excel files have not been added to skydrive after half a day.
A few files have been updated.
Fixes that I tried . . Uninstalled SkyDrive & Reinstalled it. I also installed office upload center.
Why is SkyDrive not syncing (for days!)

Had opened my hotmail account over 10 years ago... setup a sub account (have to login my main email address in order to access this other email inbox through the button on the top right of the page with your name) couple of years ago as well.
Recently, I've noticed with the switch to Outlook, since it had asked me to also update my password, I have not been able to see my other email account under the drop down menu.
Is anyone else experiencing this issue?

I haven't been using my outlook for a 4 month and when i was in deep need to use it , it said it is blocked due to someone compromising my email and doing malicious things with it which broke the rules and terms of Microsoft outlook and blocked my account.
I tried bring it back but the alternative email wasn't familiar to me at all and was unlike the original alternative email which i placed it years ago so i couldn't.

Original Title: my outlook is blocked due to malicious activity from a hacker and when submitted a form it got constantly regected
I set my xbox to where i wouldnt have to sign in every time i used it but recently, something happened to where now when i sign in i have to use my email and password. The only problem with that is the problem with my account not being able to sign in
because of spamming. I have tried resetting my password but I do not recognize the email under the email option to recieve my password. I clicked on the I can't access any of these options button and it told me to fill in as much information as i could and microsoft would contact me within 24 hours. I did this several times and not once did i get a reply.
