If I chose to "Repair" Windows Live Essentials, will the messages and folder structure of Windows Live Mail be preserved?

If I export the WinLiveMail messages will the folder structure be preserved so that I can later import both the messages and the file structure?

I wont get mails after migrating to out look 2013. I have set up rules to direct the mails to the pst file..can some one help me out with this
"Sign-in with ******@hotmail.com is blocked for one of these reasons:
Someone entered the wrong password too many times.
If you signed up for this account through an organization, you might not be able to use it yet."

I've reset the password 5 times over the past few weeks and I can tell you I never touched any organization when creating my email.

On a related note I've had to reset my other emails several times over the weeks in order to to login. It'll work one week then decide it doesn't like my password. Then I have to reset my password and it'll work for a little bit longer. Not impressed with outlook...

In the past, if I wanted to view a particular e-mail in the bottom pane, I would use my mouse and left click on it to select it.   Today, however, I cannot use the mouse to click on any message.  Only the top message remains selected.  The only way I can get to choose any item below it is to use the down arrow.  This never happened before.  Has Outlook been changed so we have to use the arrows to go from message to message?  It is a real pain in the neck.

Like many other people, my Hotmail account has been blocked and I can't access the account they claim to have sent a code to. I have done the validation questionnaire 3 times but each time it is rejected. I don't send many e mails and have also been on holiday so haven't sent many recently. I also have had to set up a new account to even manage this question! I have tried all the links suggested in previous answers but each time it takes me back to log in which obviously I can't do!! I am expecting some important e mails and have details on my previous e mails that I need.

Please sort this.

Skydrive says all photos (and documents) on my computer have been uploaded, but when I go to look at them it says it can't find any pictures and all folders are empty.
Thanks

because the sync function doesn't work I want to attempt a lst time to get things synchronized amnually

how to upload a complete directory with subdirectories and all its files

and can I overwrite all conflicts

My main login ID has stopped syncing, so I created a new outlook.com account ID, which works fine.

My question is, can I somehow reset, reboot, or delete-and-recreate my original account? I prefer the e-mail address for that account, but I also need sync to work. If I can somehow nuke the original account and then reuse it, that would be great. Is that possible, or do I have to live with the new ID from now on?

I am completely frustrated. I could literally scream. I've repeatedly tried everything to gain access to my old hotmail account. I created the account years ago and used it from time to time for different tasks. A couple years ago I changed the password and never updated my phone number. For 3 months now I have been trying to access it but with no success. I have followed all the proper channels. I must have done the following process - https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx about 30 times by now. I can never get any "real" human support for this. I need access to the account email because I've used the account as my email address when registering for other services. A month ago. I started getting this message and now I get no message at all.

I NEED HELP  !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I NEED A REAL MICROSOFT SUPPORT PERSON TO CONTACT ME !!!!!!!!!!!
