I'm looking for option where I can change the members account in my domain and change password in need. However, I don't find any option to do that. Could anyone help me to find out ? Thanks
I can receive and open emails but I can't send new emails or reply to emails received. I do not get any error messages. Nothing happens when I click on new or reply. Two of us have hotmail accounts that were changed to outlook. The only difference I
can see is that in the upper right hand corner under my name, the words available and invisible are in background grey, while in the other account, under his name both of the words are in black with a black dot in front of just the word available.
when I send mail the receiver sends back that mail is scrambled and unreadable. why can I read theirs but they cant read mine.

So I've had my hotmail account for a few months now, and every couple of weeks all of my emails are deleting. I recently received 2 texts from an unknown numbers saying: "Microsoft account password reset code: 9425117" and "Microsoft account password reset code: 5057198". I didn't request this at all, and I'm wondering if there is an issue with my account.
Not enjoying the emails constantly deleting without my control - any help would be great :)

I have another account with hotmail (now outlook) which contains important information as that account is connected to other important account. However, I cannot login anymore. The system does not recognize my account. Is there anyway to get my mails back
at least? I cant get my password changed from another site because it is connected to this account that the system is no longer recognizing.

I have not signed in my hotmail account for a long time because of my illness. I have a lot of important mails in it. Today I tried to sign in hotmail but my account was empty. I saw a message like "All Hotmail customers
have been upgraded to Outlook.com. Your email address and password have not changed. Also, your email, contacts,
files, calendar items, and settings are all still there". But my emails,files,contacts are not there. My inbox, folders are empty.
My account were not moved to Outlook.com.
There are so important mails for me. Please, Help me to get my emails.

My husband and I have received emails notification from Microsoft that the credit card we use for monthly account payment has expired. After trying all the obvious options unsuccessfully, we are still trying to find a way to give the renewed card details
to Microsoft so that we do not lose the service. BUT there seems to be no way to contact them for this purpose, or even to ask how to do it, except through this Community. Any suggestions before we are cut off will be much appreciated. We use msn.com for
