Yesterday I bought new phone to replace lost one.
After failed attempt to synchronize my contacts, I logged in to live.com and found out that all of my contacts were gone.
Only two contacts remained, both that I used to sand mail to.
But all contacts with phone numbers were gone.
Also, all my email messages are gone too.
I have a few folders which I would like to delete from my Outlook.com account. They contain several thousand messages each.
Outlook.com won't let me delete these folders. I've tried on two separate PCs running Windows 8 Pro and Internet Explorer 10 and in all cases, the deletion fails. Outlook.com deletes around 75 messages but then stops, and either displays a message stating that there's a problem with Outlook.com (that has nothing to do with my computer) or it stops responding entirely.
I was wondering whether perhaps a moderator could take a look at my account and try to figure out if there's a problem with it?
Many thanks!
Strange as it may sound, I can't access my msn community account on my personal laptop but not my desktop.
In the former, when I tried to respond to a moderator's help to a problem of mine, I could not even see the red link for private messages. In fact, I couldn't even click on any reply button!
Conversely, I could do this on the desktop!
When I clicked on the link "please sign in and view your private message" on the two computers another difference was noted:
- on the laptop, the username on the topright hand corner was different(krisy) whereas the username was 'myworld(2)' the correct verson.
When I tried to sign out of this krisy, I was told to sign up! No problem with myworld(2)
Then when I click on 'update email settings' on both computers,
my profite name was myworld(2) but the rest was different.
On the laptop, I had those previous threads I subscribed to.
On the desktop, I had that page that said 'publicly displayed information'.
Because, I usually use my laptop, now I can't respond to the moderator's suggestions to my problem!
Please help.
