Original Title: How can I access my blocked senders and safe senders to change them? Help. Ken at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
When I was on just plain Hotmail I could access very easily to my Blocked Senders list and my Safe Senders list. NOW with being suddenly switched without warning over to Outlook I can NOT find out how to access my safe and block senders and some are very
important. Now I am getting email from senders I don't want but MOST IMPORTANT I am NOT getting emails and email list posts sent THROUGH to me even when I signed up for them repeatedly. HELP! What can I do, this is crazy! Why did Outlook do this and WHAT can
I do about it? Ken at

In late June I changed my microsoft password a couple times because I could not remember the password. I received the message about the password change utility being "temporarily" down. I forgot about it since my Xbox was continuing to connect to Xbox
Live. When my console got disconnected from XBL, I could not remember the last password and tried to recover it with my PC. I once again got the "temporarily" down message. I attempted to do the account verification, but when it told me I had successfully
verified my account, the link once again gave me a temporary error. I have attempted the account verification tool a few more times. If it works immediately, the link doesn't work. If it works more slowly (and I assume a person looked at the data), I get
a message congratulating me on my account being fixed and a promise to send a reactivation link to my account email and the email never arrives.
I then chatted with someone on Xbox Live's online chat support. I did not know at the time that this was a separate account issue not having to do with Xbox Live. The first two Xbox chat support people claimed that the issue had been escalated, but the gentleman
I talked to on the phone said that this was not the case and that they could not escalate an account issue. I suppose, the first two support people just wanted to get rid of me.
I was directed to the account support, which helped me figure out that I had to file a ticket in the secure chat forum. I filed the first ticket, I received the same advice that I did from the chat agent, and no one replied to me in the ticket. A similar
thing happened when I contacted the second chat agent and I reported the same ticket. Once again no one replied to me on the ticket when the advice didn't work. I therefore made a third ticket. No one replied at all for over 36 hours. I made my fourth ticket
this morning and haven't heard from anyone yet.
I have really enjoyed my Xbox, Xbox 360, and live subscription that started back in 2005 or so. It really is a wonderful, functional service. Linking this account to a free, non-supported live account is apparently terrible. This is the worst customer service
I have ever had in my entire life and it is unacceptable that I have been locked out of my Xbox Live account that I not only have 1.5 years left on, but also have many digital games, online multiplayer, and netflix streaming (that my family was using quite
regularly) tied to. If this is issue is not fixed (and it should not take more than a week to fix an issue like this), I will consider that I have been stolen from and I will never purchase another Xbox console or use another Microsoft service again or recommend
them to anyone that asks me about them.
Regardless, if someone would help me with this issue, I would be happy to continue being a customer of Microsoft/Xbox user. Please contact me if you have any sort of idea.
Thank you,
Michael
I have email alias that was an account that was in Office365. I removed the alias from the Office365 account and then removed the domain from Office365. I was then able to successfully add this domain into live domains. But now when I try to create the
account in live domains I get the following error "The requested account name is already in use or was used in the past and has not been through the required waiting period to re-use."
I have moved aliases before in the past without a waiting period. Is this something new? How long is the waiting period to move something from Office365 to live domains?
I need to figure this out or I have to move my email to another host as this account is in limbo right now.

Hi,
When I sign in to my outlook account it asks for a security code. A code is then sent to an alternate outlook account of mine however when I type in the code it says it is incorrect and then it says I have 4 days (yesterday 5 days left etc.) left until
a code is needed to sign in and then I received another email to the alternate account with another different code. This has happened a couple of times with different codes and I don't understand what I am supposed to do?
Thanks for any information
