Why do you not allow linking accounts anymore?
Microsoft; I want to disable two phase sign in on my outlook.com account.
At first, it was just an issue of receiving emails - but now it seems to be affecting all of my outgoing mail as well. On Saturday morning (August 3), I sent out my last successful transmission - everything since then has been returned to my sbcglobal.net
email - which I am in the habit of checking since there is sometimes a delay in getting emails in Outlook.com anyway. Even though I check my emails at sbcglobal.net - I do not like to reply to them from there as they get saved on that server and do not roll
over to my Outlook.com sent email. I started using Outlook.com because I thought it would be better to be able to have them also "syncing" to my Outlook program on my main computer. If this problem isn't fixed soon - I'm going to lose my patience and my
confidence and just go back to using the Yahoo service.

my hotmail is hijacking and i cant access my mail and support told me that your email is expired ..... please i need 2 important mail that include password of wallet and i will lose a lot because of that ,,, someone use my email and contact my friends
by asking them for money ... pls there is important 2 emails information i need them urgent and then i dont need it any more ,
I am posting as per your repeated "advice" on the forum. I (like sooo many others) seem to have lost ALL of my emails after doing an alias change from hotmail to outlook. I really regret it now. I have gone through all the troubleshooting steps mentioned.
Please just send me my private message so I can speak to someone and get this fixed.
I also wanted to clarify - I did not receive a pop up asking me to save my emails. I renamed my primary email. It shows 0 emails and no new folders (none of my old folders either). I have not been hacked. I am very active. At this point I just want to back up to what I had before. There is no restore option? This is the worst customer support I have ever experienced.

A folder has completely disappeared from my email account, it's not found anywhere, and it's really important, how can this happen? how do I get it back?
Hi, I'm a paying customer in Singapore, currently my upload speeds to Redmond (why am I not using Singapore hosting?) are 223b/s (yes,you read that right, bits per second!) on a 20MB/20MB fibre, and tested at home on a separate network 100MB/10MB cable,
much the same.
Please can you fix it. At this rate, I could type the data faster than I am uploading it to you.

Update: It peaks at 51kbps. Has Microsoft planned for SkyDrive customers outside of the US?
Update: Looking at this thing working, it makes two persistent TCP connections on port 443. One to 111.221.124.71 (Singapore), which I assume is for auth and control, and a second to 65.54.191.32 (US), which is the stroage backend. It appears to upload
files one by one, and then has a delay of around 40 seconds before it attempts the next file. Why?
I signed into my e-mail account through office 360 and now I cannot find where to sign out nor can I access my emails. What can I do to remedy this?
The SkyDrive experience within the File Explorer in the Desktop mode is not showing the thumbnails for photos. I am using Windows 8.1 RT Preview. It had been working properly but is not working anymore.
My SkyDrive had been working properly. However, over the past week, the SkyDrive modern app is not showing any of my SkyDrive folders or files. It shows the files on my device, but not in the cloud.
I checked the SkyDrive folder within the desktop experience, and it appears to have the files, but the thumbnail previews are not working for photos.
I am having a problem for the last few days since Sunday I have not received any new e-mails.
And I am not able to send any emails either.
Can somebody please help me, :( . . . . . . . . .
