My hotmail account has been blocked. I am able to receive emails but I can't send them. I really need to be able to send emails from this account as it is my main account. I have tried to verify my account as it suggested but it hasn't worked. I have
contacted Microsoft but have had no reply from them. There also appears to be no phone number to contact them on.
Does anybody have any idea how I can unblock my account before I resort to opening a new one with a different provider?

Since yesterday 6 August 2013 my girlfriend have not been able to see any new messages in her Windows Live Mail account. The following error apears at the send/receive step:

She is using Windows LiveMail 2012 (Compilation 16.4.3508.0205 - Spanish version) on Windows 8 x64
I've tried the following with no success:
- Log out and log in again to restart the session
- Deleted the account and re registered
- Search the ssl.live.com_MBL_SSL key in HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows Live\Communications Clients\Shared\Policies but it doesn't appear
Nothing of this resolve the problem. Also on the web, the account say that it is blocked due unusual activity but I can't unblock it. Despite of this, I can read emails (but i cannot send any).
She has buyed a new notebook and maybe this is related.

Recently, when I go to the website, https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf?ns=msn.com&sl=1&lc=1033 or https://accountservices.passport.net/reg.srf?ns=msn.com&sl=1&lc=3076, to get @MSN.com e-mail, the website is NO longer active. It is unfair for
people who need @MSN.com e-mail.
So, are these websites permanantly deleted? I logged into my xbox today for the first time in a few days after adding 4000 points a few days ago. When i tried to sign into xbox live it wanted my email account and password. I do not remember the password. So i clicked on the forgot password link

i cannot reply to or forward emails on my laptop, ipad, or iphone. i am able to receive them only. my ipad/iphone keeps saying the user name or password is incorrect. i have reset my password, and am able to log into my hotmail account, but still cannot reply or forward emails......

Emails remain stuck in my outbox and not being sent, it I shut down outlook, I have to restart my computer, otherwise the program will not start back up again. when I try to send an email from my windows 8 phone, it tells me there is a specific message
stuck in my outbox that needs to be deleted, but when I open the outbox folder, there is nothing in it for me to delete. I have the email address and a screen shot of the error message if someone can check if something on the mail server needs to be cleared.

There was a feature in old hotmail my account was connected with other accounts and I used to login an account and then simultaneously login to another account using one account this is how I was able to login to other account without remembering all the
passwords. Now that feature isn't there what should I do? It's urgent my all important mails are lost.
