I saw this question and an answer posted today. I have only two pages of emails, and I should have dozens. Please help.
What is wrong with these guys they refuse to answer and are selective about the questions they post, come at least respond with a we are looking at it type of message.

I have been unable to receive mail on my personalized (Hotmail) now Outlook account, reading the posts here I am not alone, it is notable that nether Microsoft or Melbourne IT are taking ownership of this problem. I encourage everyone in a similar situation
to respond to this post and we will see what reaction we get with an increasing post count.

I need help in the feature Auto-correct spelling on the Outlook.com website. It does not work when I use all capitals when using Internet Explorer 10.
This is necessary for me because of my disability with visual impairment. I am use this method all the time when creating emails.
I also ask my contacts to do the same when replying on my emails.
I hope you can find a solution for me.

I had Internet Explorer 7 and just upgraded to 8.1. Since I did this, I've had tons of different problems but the one I'm asking about here is Outlook webmail. I had the White Screen (Classic View) on my email/calendar when I had 7.0. Now it's in
the text version and the screen is gray. Even more annoying is that it deleted all my calendar events. I went into the help screen to try to fix it and the steps it told me to do, didn't work. My dad just got a new computer and it has 8.1 and my webmail on
his computer is in the white, classic view. I can't figure out how to fix it on my computer!
I cannot get into my hotmail account. I used to go to hotmail from the browser and simply sign in. Now, it defaults to microsoft outlook and when I try and get into hotmail it just says not recognised. Not amused. what do I do and why is it dong this anyway?
