Why is it that people tell me they have emailed me and I'm not getting it? (It's usually very important emails too)

At first, I thought they had the wrong email address then, I went to send myself some pictures to my email and it is not showing up.
How do I fix my account to where this doesn't happen again/anymore, because this is becoming a problem and I am missing out on certain opportunities etc.
I don't know how to get it to work....and I remember having deals announcements on the side.  I think I hit the button to turn it off. Is it possible to turn it back on? Help?
who have me my middle name and what is it

Hi..

My customer uses 2 accounts through Outlook.com

On one account the Auto Complete works fine. She can start typing a contacts name and it will auto complete.

But on another account (using the same browser) it does not auto complete.

I have gone into the settings and enabled Auto Complete in Outlook.com (i checked the settings of both accounts and they are both set the same in regards to auto complete)

I have turned on Auto Complete  in Internet Explorer's settings and Auto Complete works fine on all other sites etc.

She is running Windows 8 (which im about to downgrade to Win7 if i cant fix this issue)

Any ideas ??

Thanks, Adam..

five days stopped receiving mail on my outlook.com
Hi Again Everyone:

I sent this quest for help earlier this week, but much to my surprise I haven't had any replies and, since I can't locate my original question, I guess I'll just start all over again.

I actually purchased Outlook so that I could more easily move my emails off the server to my hard drive, specifically OneNote.  Since purchasing Outlook in late August, it's worked great, but last weekend, it just wouldn't open up so because it was still under warranty, a tech from Microsoft was able to uninstall it and reinstall it, etc. and it's now working great again, except for one thing.  When I select the option to "move" an email to OneNote, it get a pop-up window telling me the following:
The OneNote add-in cannot connect to OneNote.  You can try to restart OneNote.  If the problem
persists, it is possible that add-ins are disabled by your system administrator.

For the record, I did restart OneNote and the problem still popped up, but I don't have a clue as to what this means.  I assume if it worked before the re-installation, it should work again, but I sincerely need step-by-step instructions on how to disable or enable whatever it is I have to.  I'm pretty desperate now, because my emails are building up and I really need to move them into the sections I created in OneNote so I hope someone will get back to me as soon as possible.

Thanks, as always, for your help!

When I go to print email in outlook, the printed page includes the panes on the left side, ie. folders, and email notices.  I just want to print the email itself.

Whether I use outlook.com OR a client (e.g., Thunderbird or OS X Mail), there are two copies of every e-mail I send out that get stored in the Sent folder.

It gets better: I don't notice this when using OS X Mail, so I'm fat, dumb, happy. However, in T'bird, when I look in the Sent folder, there are two copies of every message.

"More" better: in outlook.com, the two copies have different names attached. One copy always has the intended recipient, as indeed it should. But the duplicate shows it as Sent TO ME! Of course, it's NOT being sent to me, but one could be lead to believe that.

Any ideas, good and gentle people?
