Since about the 5th or 6th August 2013, I have been unable to receive emails from my email address at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***. On my Web host, I have an account set up to redirect emails sent to that address to my Outlook.com address.
I have checked with my Web host and they say the redirect is working correctly, so the problem is not at their end. I have checked my Outlook.com settings, and my email is in my safe senders list. It is also not listed in the Rules for sorting new messages.
I cannot start Microsoft office outlook. Cannot open the outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened. Errors have been detected in the file.

I am trying to download skydrive app to my computer and I am getting the error code above. I followed some of the online suggestions and now I have the computerdrivelogs icon on my desktop. What do I do from here? or just please help me get this loaded.

I signed up for the trial subscription to Office 365 Home Premium. After some time, I decided that I do not want Office 365. My one-month trial subscription expired. I tried at least 5 times to get into a Microsoft site that would let me cancel my subscription
but I was thwarted each time. Can anyone help me with the problem of how do I cancel my Office 365 Home Premium Account?
