hi, my father is not able to open his email account. it asks for email verification but he is not able to retrieve the security code from anywhere (facebook, text, call..). please solve the problem. it's been like 3 days i've been trying to get the security

By mistake, I downloaded OUTLOOK which has now stopped me from going to my other email accounts on hotmail. I've had these for years, and
use each one for a different purpose.
How can I get rid of outlook, or how can a access my other email accounts? Please help. I've been going crazy as the web site keeps me going
around and around.
