I have not signed into my hotmail in quite some time. But I have an account specific to this email address. Anyway, when requesting for username/password to be sent to email, I realized that my hotmail is not receiving some messages. I checked
junk mail, looked at blocked senders and other options, and everything is fine. I sent a test email from my gmail account and it's not showing up in inbox (as of 30 minutes later). And funny, have not received any bounced email message from my gmail (again,
as of 30 minutes later).

I am running Windows 8.1 and I recently I noticed that upon clicking the documents folder under SkyDrive in File Explorer I cannot view any folders or files, only the vertical and horizontal scroll bars flash, along with the selectors for viewing a list or thumbnails at the bottom right of the window. The strange thing is, if I click the arrow next to the document folder under SkyDrive in File Explorer it shows me a list of all folders on SkyDrive, but not any single documents. I tested to see if placing all my single documents into a folder of any name would work, and it did! I was then able to select the document folder and view all of my folders on SkyDrive in the explorer window. Then I decided to make a new document folder on SkyDrive and moving all my current folders and single documents to this new folder, it did not work, I had the same problem. It seems the only way to see my documents this way is to make sure all of my documents are in folders. What is really strange is that if I place my SkyDrive documents folder into the documents library I can view both folders and all of my single documents without a problem.
This looks like a bug in the built in SkyDrive in Windows 8.1 If anyone knows a fix for this please let me know, as this is very frustrating.

I have a friend that writes me somewhat infrequently. They answer through their blackberry phone from work, or their own personal cell, and I'm not sure what type it is, but it's on the Verizon network. This is what I see in my inbox: "hotmail". This
friends e-mail comes through as "hotmail" in the inbox, but, in his messages it uses his hotmail account address. Why won't it list his hotmail address or other email address like the others in my inbox?
I can't edit older calendar events in outlook.com. I use Firefox and IE and have cleared cache, etc. on both browsers, but problem persist. Also, disconnected sharing to no avail. The inability to edit occurs with single and repeat events. I can delete
said events and re-establish with desired changes, but that's troublesome. The re-established events remain editable.

I am a Outlook.com user and I am facing difficulties in Inviting somebody on Messenger. Everytime, I go in People and select and Invite somebody on messenger since today morning, it is saying:
This page is temporarily unavailableWe're sorry, there was a problem showing this page. We experienced some technical difficulties retrieving the content.
I checked on status.live.com and it seems that there are no issues with People at this moment.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
I can log in, alter settings, etc.
But messages are being bounced, and I have no new messages in two days.
Is a server down?
Is there something wrong with my account?
