Help with email

Hi

 

I cant get back into my hotmail email address, ive answered the questions they said not enough info, so i put more info all that i could remember , ive done it twice and they still havent gotten back to me and its been like three days . i just dont know what to do i need my email back its got soo much info of mine in there!!! Im totally stressed!! Please help i would be so gratful for the help to get it back! Thankyou.

So I've emailed support (no response) and spoken with the guys on Twitter (who recommended I come here). After a few seconds of logging into my email I get the attached error message.



This is news to me as I'm 26 and my parents really don't have anything to do with my life in this regard. I showed patience the first 24 hours but now it is a tad frustrating.

Can someone remove the block? you can reach me at *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Switch Office365 ID to Live ID

My primary and secondary Live IDs/aliases somehow got switched, and now that I switched them back, I can't sign in to either Outlook or Windows Azure with either ID, apparently because my ID is from Office365. What do I need to do to make my IDs compatible with both Outlook and Office365 and be able to use Windows Azure again? Can I switch the Office365 alias to a Live one so I can use it with Azure, and still be able to log into my mail?

Where are my old emails?

I, like many others here, am having a pretty startling problem with my Hotmail account.  I have been a PAYING Hotmail subscriber, active  DAILY, since 1995.  I recently had the need to search my old emails, and to my dismay, I can only find emails dating to 2004 and later.  Everything earlier than that seems to be missing.  This is unacceptable, especially considering that I have paid for this service for years.

 

Please add me to the list of upset users that needs this data recovered, as soon as possible.  If you need to add me to a private message forum, please do so immediately.  Thank you.

I bought a brand new HP desktop with Windows 8 and want to transfer my Outlook Express email from my old Acer computer with Windows Vista.

Cannot receive email to alias account

I have a live account that I set up with my school @students......edu; however now that I've graduated, I want a professional email address. I made an alias @outlook.com but I can only send emails. Am I not able to receive emails bc its not a third party account? Help please.

Microsoft deleted All my hotmail e-mails and folders

Since being made to switch from Hotmail to Outlook, all of my existing Hotmail messages and folders have been lost in the migration.

Is there any way to get these back?  Are Microsoft aware of the problem and are working on a fix?  Or have all of the emails been lost?

I can’t log into my email

I've reset my password and Microsoft has text me a reset code but when i log in to my email it will only direct me to the account settings page? 

Any ideas?

Cannot open email, send email, open folders, anything!

Since the Outlook upgrade my email account has been very temperamental.

I am using Mac OS 10.6.8
Firefox 20
Safari 5.0.5

On both browsers, I cannot open emails, cannot select folders or write new emails.

It works on other computers.

This hasn't happened all of a sudden too. It's accumulated from having to refresh a few times, to having to click on something nearly a hundred times. Now it's almost dead, surprised I've got this far on the website to be fair.

I am not prepared to go to great lengths to get this resolved, for instance formatting and restarting my computer, I'm only trying to read my emails, everything else in my computer is working fine.

Any help would be appreciated, I'm sure everyone can understand how frustrating it can be not being able to read or send emails.

xbox account – email change

Hello Answers Team,

So I made a mistake and changed my Xbox Live email to an email that does not exist. How do I go about fixing this? What happened is that I wanted to switch from my old and rarely-used Hotmail alias to my new Outlook alias.

I was on my Xbox console and it does not allow me to switch to any email alias but a completely new one which really doesn't make sense.

Please advise.
