It is for British Geological Sciences International
I did not receiveid an e mail in an alternate account as was described in steps of recovering ...so I tried many times to submmit a form but could not remember enough information (thos account was created mpre than 5 years ago) ....Does anyone could help
me? I need to get the information of e-mails in that account and it is blocked for 2 days ......I dont know why it was supose to be hacked as I was using it with no problem every day.
ON signing in to retrieve my e mails 5 days ago got message saying ''someone else may be using your account...etc etc
I followed instructions and filled in a verification form and sent.....it tells you that they will respond within 48 hours.
It is 4 days and nothing....cannot access my e mails ? crisis...where do I go now

Please help, I have spent all morning and got nowhere...I can gain access to my two hotmail accounts and messages via my blackberry phone though not through my laptop. I can access the accounts on laptop, though not open anything, its just buffering.
Why? I can tick boxes and move e mails though I cannot open any, or clear junk and deleted files. Two days ago I was asked to provide a code to verify my account on one of them, which I did, now its seems I cannot work in either. Its crucial to my job that

I have had my hotmail account for more than 10 years and I have it open on my iphone constantly. My iphone is in repairs and I am trying to reset a password for my instagram, and pretty much all my accounts since I had to redownload all my apps on my ipad.
I tried to log on to my hotmail but it says that it doesnt exist anymore. What do I do?? I have all my previous emails and information including documents etc on that account. I have searched the internet and can't find the answer. Can someone desperately

I have reset all my passwords for everything as I never remember them and they have all been sent to this hotmail email address and now I can't access the email and that means I wont be able to reset my passwords. I have also checked with those other log ins and if I dont have access to my email to retrieve passwords then I have just lost access to EVERYTHINGGGGG.

yesterday evening one of my contacts received email from id , and these emails were not sent by me , and I cannot find any record in sent mails or deleted mails , I am surprised how this could happen , can anyone help on this and can anyone advise how we can check the log details of email accounts.
secondly email id similar to mine has been created and mails are being sent from that id , the difference is so minute that my contacts don't realise that it is not my email id , how to solve this ? and can we find in anyway who owns that email id ??

I have another Email address (hotmail)and when i try to sign in , they say :
,, they need to send a " security code " to my phone "
her is the problem , i never reseved one and the phone is still the same . I wait couple of days already :( .
So what can i do ? Because without the Code i cant access my mails anymore .

This happens ALL the time, but it's worse today; cannot do anything; cannot open e-mails; start new mails; cannot move to another folder; it just gets stuck on that little pointing hand, with a little notice saying 'one item' (see screenshot). It points
at things & sort of 'flutters' when I try to click on anything, but it's frozen & nothing opens. The only way I can do anything is to constantly refresh the page EVERY SINGLE time I want to open a mail or move to another folder, or do anything. I'm using the
most up to date version of Firefox, on a Mac (OS X Lion 10.7.5). I'm getting sick of this. Why oh WHY is Outlook such a piece of complete RUBBISH?!
