As of 12:35 pm EST on Aug. 14, 2013 I am no table to access my email account. This does not seems to be a case with individuals I checked with. It seems it may be my account and hence am VERy concerned that it may have been hacked. PLEASE ADVISE ASAP.

Has anyone any idea how to be able to send a message direct to Outlook Hotmail, I am at my wits end to continue with all these problems, hardly anything works, I have even wasted money on Malaware £32 thinking it was my PC or software, I now find out it's Outlook itself.

For some reason, MSN keeps askong me for a 4 digit code, when I apply for one and get it sent to me, MSN then decides that it is incorrect.
Now I realize that Microsoft does not care a toss about it's users and just likes making things difficult thanks to the prats that work for it!
So get it right.
Plus your complaints system is abysmal!
Though not for yourselves as you themn manage to be less user orientated!
I guess Microsoft is aiming to be as big a scammer as Banks and Insurance company's and politicians.
There are two problems (1) when I delete an email, even if I have clicked on the box for one, it will more often than not delete 2 or 3.
(2) when calling up my list of contacts to send on stuff it will again randomly reproduce the same contact name 2 or 3 times, despite being very careful with a single click on the mouse. This means to avoid duplication or triplication I have the added task of going through all the names before sending the email on.
This never happening previously what is going on? I have had my current msn account for nearly 7 years, but am thinking of trying google mail

I have facebook blocked, but it showed that my daughter was on there again. She swears up and down she did not go on there, but it shows she visited 10 times, the last time being on 8/10/2013 at 1:33pm. I don't really think she is getting on there because she knows it is not allowed and she will lose computer privileges.
When she was on YouTube, she went to try to give someone a thumbs up for a comment they had posted. When she clicked on the thumbs up it automatically popped up saying to post a comment she would have to sign up for a YouTube account or a Facebook account. Could this be why it is showing she has accessed facebook?
