Question about Outlook Express

I was working at a very large company that I found out the IT guy (BM) was somehow screening ALL MY WORK, EMAILS, PHONE CALLS, ETC., ...I have resigned from that position over 18 months ago...however before i left, they confiscated my computer and copied my hard-drive...so much that when they returned it to me it functioned no longer...they had to give me a copy of their copy... well i did not get ALL my work, of course... but i still find my emails are being deleted from my INBOX whereas i very seldom delete my emails for years (over 20K)...but look up and see that there's only 788 in my inbox...thats crazy...so I don't know what has gone wrong...I did call hotmail and spoke with someone about it at one time and they told me that yes someone had hacked into my hotmail account and that someone was that IT guy from my old job...and i had to pay $100 for a program that would disconnect that server from mine...however i still see BM, AJ. and JH as sub-folders in my Drafts and Deleted Folders...BM is also in my Privacy settings whereas i cannot erase him, as if he has control of my hotmail account...this is CRAZY!...How do I get back control of my account without losing my emails or do a mass grab of ALL of my emails and start a new account?
