Outlook.com & MSN Premium Internet Service

I have been using Ourlook.com since the transition from MSN Hotmail.  I also subscribe to MSN Premium Internet Service and pay the monthly subscription cost.  I want to drop MSN Premium Internet Service to eliminate the monthly cost but I am not sure how this decision will impact my continued access to Outlook and whether or not I can use my current email address (*** Email address is removed for privacy ***).  I set up a second alias but want to keep my current email address.

 

Also, do I have to move my contact list and email folders before dropping MSN Premium Internet service?  If so, how do I accomplish this?

 

I tried contacting member support at Outlook.com but got an automated reply that stated that site address was not monitored?

having set up my sons account 5 years ago  i changed my email address and have no idea what the answers to the security questions are he has been locked out for a week now and calling xbox i have been lied to told different things by 4 different people how can i get a verification code from somewere that doesnt exist

password recovery

I forgot my password so tried to reset it. Eventually after providing enough information i managed to get my password link redirected to my mums email address. I typed my new password and accessed my account. When i next tried to log in it says the password is not correct. I've repeated this process a number of times. Every time i try to log in i have to change me password! very annoying! Does anyone know how to stop it?

Not receiving emails

I have not been receiving emails to my account since last week. I have removed the majority of my emails on case this was an issue but have still not received anything. I also sent a test email which has not been received. Could you please advise as to what I am to do as I rely on this account daily!?

My friend is overseas and he cannot access the emails I am sending....is there a different way to log on when not in your own country.  His email address cotains-- @live.com.au.  Thanks.

Adding alias – Alias already taken

A couple of years ago my xbox/live account was hacked. They also created a new account with my email address so that I could not recover it. It was recovered by service request and the email was changed to the service request number.

I would like to change my alias back to my actual email address (@gmail). I have closed the fake account the hacker made that used my email address and waited a few days, but when I try to add the alias, it says that it is already taken.

Is there any way to get my alias changed back to my working email address?

Disappearing folders

I have had a couple of folders disappear in my outlook account.  They still show in the "move to" but am not sure how to make them reappear in the inbox.
I miss my hotmail!
Can anyone help?
