I am unable to access my latest emails on outlook from ipad and my iphone. I t keeps on spooling without anything happening...
I cannot log into outlook from my Kindle Fire HD with the same password as my other devices. If I change the password through the Kindle, the Kindle does not recognize it the next time. Can you help?
My Samsung Galaxy S4 has been flawless... all my contacts are saved to my Microsoft Exchange Active Sync account - the white empty square - (Hotmail) as this (is supposed to) be a failsafe for me in case my phone is lost AND I can share contacts between devices....
Today, for no apparent reason all my MEAS contacts dropped out of my phone. They still exist on my Hotmail account but the phone isn't picking them up...
1. Why did this happen? (can I prevent it in future?)
2. What can I do to bring them back to my phone?
All my emails are still sync'd.. everything else works fine... I've done a restart and switch on/off etc. Just stopped being able to access them!
Just checked my Galaxy Tab 2 and it has some of the MEAS contacts but not all.... is this a Samsung issue?

My account are migrated to outlook, but all my data are wiped. Please i need it back!
I keep getting kicked out of Outlook, telling me I am having issues syncing email with my mobile device. I do not have a mobile. All I was doing was moving mails to their corresponding folders. Can someone tell me what is going on? Thank you
cannot open my hotmail account
My hotmail email is working on my computer. When i put it into a smartphone it is not working.
I have set it up with exchange settings which is
Email
Password
m.hotmail.com
I have other hotmail emails and set it up on my iphone and it is working as soon as i put my email in it isn't working.
Again i type it into my Computer and it will login. When i type it into my iphone it doesn't work.
I also tried it on my friends smartphone and it wasn't working either!
THE PHONE VERIFIES THE PASSWORD IS CORRECT BUT WHEN IT TRIES TO CONNECT TO THE INBOX IT FAILS!
Is there someone i can call in microsoft to check the status of my account as it seems that there is an issue.
On my phone i can go into the browser and login using the hotmail.com website. Which is the same as my friends phone aswell.
