Anyone know how to fix a problem with access to your Hotmail account that says "having a problem syncing to your mobile device?"  I DON'T HAVE A MOBILE DEVICE WHICH RECEIVES MY EMAILS.  No wonder the system has a problem.

 

I can SEE the emails, I just can't open them.  Frustrating.

hotmail has been on/off all day…works and then doesn’t work…is it just me?

I can log into my account and see that the emails that I have been sent, although if i attempt to open an email, i get the following note at the top of the page - '
'Sorry, Outlook wasn't able to complete this request.  If you keep seeing this message, go to Service status to check if there's a problem with Outlook. '

What is wrong with outlook???

I have been using Hotmail for years but the change to Outlook is a problem.   All day today I have not been able to read or send emails from my account.  With no answers.  Just that outlook is having problems.  What is the problem??  Why all day??    I am thinking of giving up on using this account. 

When phishing scams are reported to Outlook what happens to them?

I reported two phishing scams to Outlook by clicking on the drop down "report phishing scam" in the Outlook mail app. Where does the phish e-mail go and is it reported to the genuine company, in this case a bank? Also, why can't a suspicious e-mail be forwarded to a reporting agency without opening it and exposing my computer and possibly my contact list to the bad guys?

outlppk keeps sending same email over and over

I read my e-mail and delete it and outlook keeps sending it back to me over and over. I've deleted same e-maail 6 times now and it's back again

I have had the same E-mail address forever.

Can’t access hotmail – syncing problem

I cannot access my windowslive email account on any of my devices. My iphone and ipad say "Cannot get mail", and when I go to log on to my mac browser, it says "You might have issues syncing email with your mobile device". From there I clicked "track server status" but it just came up with a blank screen. Any advice as to how to get by mail back would be greatly appreciated as I urgently need to be able to send and retrieve emails, thanks.
