My sister hotmail account was hacked.

My sister hotmail account was hacked. I cannot login to the account and spam mail was sent out to ask for money on my behalf.

I already consulted with MSN Support Engineer and they provided this link 

https://account.live.com/acsr

I already entered all the information and I got

"Final update on your *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account recovery request." email back for more information.

I resent all the information requested .

1. Please kindly help advice how to restore my account back . It is essential that I get this email account back.

2. Please also let me know if it's possible to send capture screen or any other evidence to identify my account ownership.

Reset password: There’s a temporary problem with the service

I have tried to reset my password more than 10 times this week. All i get is this error message.

 

 



Tried send the reset password link other mailbox; used other pc and broswer, still no luck.


I have looked at simliar issue posts, no solid solution found. my address is *** Email address is removed for privacy ***

Please help to investigate this problem.

 

 

 

Lost emails since hotmail upgrade

I've logged into my hotmail to find its been upgraded to outlook.com.  I'm missing lots of emails that I had saved in folders and all my sent emails going back years have gone.  I'd like these recovered as they contain important information - how can I get them back?

Change alias in Outlook live and since then i cannot sync.

Hello maybe somebody has a any idea how to fix this
I change my aliases the main one  (Account aliases
Add or change aliases) in outlook.com and since then i cannot sync with outlook 2013 and even with my phone i cannot log in even if i change it back to the same alias nothing changed and i cannot sync with my mobile device or outlook 2013  I got in office 2013 a message like that 

Log onto Exchange ActiveSync mail server (EAS): The username or password you entered isn’t working. Please try typing them again.

But the username and password  are correct i know it because

The only think that is working is on the side outlook.com  where i only can log in and here is the password working...???
Does somebody know any solution thank ??

Bots using Hotmail addresses

Hi

I have a website which allows those interested to register with me (name e-mail address etc|) . Lately, bots are far outnumbering humans in doing this. And the bots are all using Hotmail addresses. An example is given below:


email:   *** Email address is removed for privacy ***
name:   cqaifgcfq

Luckily, all registrants have to verify their email address (by responding to a confirmation email that we send out). They never do because they are bots.
How can I stop this? Or probably more responsibly, how can Microsoft weed out these false users and prevent them from clogging up websites across the world?

how can i move 27 gb skydrive capacity from an old .live account to a new hotmail account? is it even possible?

I previously was given 20gb free SkyDrive space when I purchased a windows phone. I have since set up a new, more appropriate email address. I am hoping I can somehow have the extra space moved to my newer account as all if my devices are connected to my new SkyDrive.

Is there any hope.

hotmail opens on my desk top but not on my mobile 
message " connection to server failed"
i phone hardware is fine as i checked it with apple 
i could open a friends hotmail using my mobile but i cannot open my hotmail on mobile 
tried deleting hotmail account and adding again but same message 
please help
